Best location Summer Rental

We are in California during the summer and rent out our home May-mid August. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably. We ask that you help take care of the home as if it were your own as we leave a lot of our personal items there. We are located 1 minute from Birmingham's best shopping area, The Summit with lots of great shopping, a theater and restaurants.There are also a handful of restaurants you can walk to from our house. Like Alabama Biscuit, Miss Myras BBQ, Crestline Bagel, and El Zun Zun.

Very quiet, clean & safe spot in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only trouble was receiving a message with one code for the front door but in another area of instructions there was another code. Other than that it was the perfect stay, much appreciated to have a nice stay like this in the area!

This was lovely home with all the amenities! I mean they even had cleaning supplies! Enough space for my family and they enjoy the games during our down time! We had a death in the family and Christian was so understanding with my mishaps with the reservation and check out time. I really needed that being I was so beyond out of it due to the sudden news. Easy to find location, quiet and peaceful! I could go on and on but I would highly recommend this house! Thanks again Christian we will definitely be back if you will have us!

The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We had a different place set up and when we arrived at the home at 10 pm, we needed to cancel and find something else. The next morning, we discovered Candice’s place and she was very responsive and accommodating. We were able to secure our stay and obtain the code within hours. I suppose if I had to list some things I wish the home had, a yard and laundry facilities would have been ideal, but these things didn’t affect our stay. 😀

Mark had a great spot here with very thoughtful touches like the scavenger hunt that our three (3) kids loved. There were so many bedrooms here and places to explore within this great house that I felt like you could sleep in a different bed or use a different bathroom each night there were so many! :) For our family of 5 and my mom, it was so much space and worked out just right for a short weekend! We would definitely stay here again and maybe invite another couple families to come stay.
