Villa vacation rentals in Pedregal

We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

What an amazing place from the amenities to the beautiful view of the ocean from their balcony! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Our family had a great time whether we were just hanging out at the villa or whale watching on one of the excursions. I highly recommend both this location & this specific Villa. We felt very safe both from the security of the complex to walking downtown for dinner.

place was great, upstairs communicated well. the only thing I would suggest is a golf cart to get around within the community.

Rob and Jen were good hosts. They gave helpful tips, and were usually pretty quick with communication. There was one issue that did not get resolved and was a disappointing part of our trip, which was a bee swarm (dozens of bees) at the pool. We asked to send a beekeeper to remove them, and they sent their pool guy who just sprayed the bees with Raid. The bees should not have been killed and the poisonous Raid got into the pool, where kids and a pregnant woman were swimming. Not cool. This never got resolved and we were constantly on bee alert when in/around the pool area. One thing to note is that the pool is NOT heated, and is pretty chilly. On a hot day it's refreshing, but it was too cold for our toddler to want to get in all the way. We would have used the pool much more had it been warmer. Other than the bees and the cold pool, the house was perfect for our needs and I would recommend it for a group of friends or families. It's also close to Chileno Bay Beach- a hidden gem!

Recommended great food and one of the best fishing trips ever. Will definitely be returning and recommend this Condo 100%

It is absolutely amazing and the views are to die for. Host is so responsive and attentive. This was my first time booking through AirBnB. I was very much scared that I would get catfished based on pictures. This is not the case. Super easy to check in and enjoy home. I needed to get away from everyone and everything so the location worked out for me. It is a little ways away from Marina. About 20 mins on shuttle. The food at resort is horrible if your planning on eating there, which made it a drag to get shuttled back and forth when I wanted to go eat in downtown. Other than that I cannot complain, I am a bit of a foodie and particular on my eating palate. I can’t wait to go back the service at resort is above and beyond 5 stars. It was nice to have a bbq area that we used while hanging out at pool. If your looking for a romantic or simply just a get away this is perfect.

This was the second year in a row we stayed in one of Isaac and Whits homes in Cresta Del Mar! The house was great. We had 9 guys for a 3 day golf trip and everyone has their own bed. All rooms except the garage set up has its own bathroom as well! Isaac is great to work with and super helpful. Consuelo the maid is amazing. Gabriel cooked us breakfast all 3 days and it was amazing - definitely recommend it! For transportation, Ulises and his crew Alonso and Meda were great as always! Ready to pick us up or take 9 people anywhere in 15 minutes including a cooler full of beer! We would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Calafia. It is a spacious, beautiful home with a private tennis court and a heated pool. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing us with thoughtful recommendations for activities and restaurants in Cabo. The villa was very clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi tub, a BBQ grill, and a private bar and lounge area. We loved the rustic Mexican architecture and the stunning views of the landscape. The location was also great, close to several beaches and golf courses. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

This villa was located in the beautiful Pedregal. It’s a gated community and felt very safe. The area has gorgeous views wherever you look. Location was perfect as it was 3 min drive to Pedregal beach to catch the sunset and the whale season! Also it was 5-9min drive to California Ranch Market, select Chedraui and Walmart for any grocery needs. Also a 6min drive to the marina for a lovely walk and so many restaurants and cafe to choose from. The house itself was perfect for us. Each room had a bathroom, the pool was maintained and stayed cold on hot sunny days it was refreshing. The rooftop terrace is my fav as we played board games and had meals with beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked even down to Tupperware which came in handy for leftover cooking that we took to picnic. Oscar was great and responsive with the check in and check out process. Overall, this is worth every penny and can’t wait to be back :)

Santiago’s communication was great and very responsive. Overall Cabo Villas is awesome with the best location in Cabo! Great pools and beach location. There is currently a lot of construction on a new building. My guess is that will be completed by early January or February 2021. We’ll be back and rent from Santiago again!!!

The house was beautiful. Copala was a wonderful peaceful location as compared to the chaotic scenes at Sunset Beach. The staff at the gate, clubhouse and office were warm, friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart to get around, which we recommend. The shuttle service was spotty at best and not as advertised. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces for all 10 of our family members.

Staying at Casa Kristi was wonderful! The kids loved the pool, we loved the privacy and the expansive rooftop deck. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, so it was really perfect to bring a grandparent. Highly recommend! A great place to have lots of family, plenty of room to spread out. Gourmet kitchen, big tv and open common spaces made it easy to spend time together. We were met by Christine at check in. She made it all easy, extremely thoughtful. She is a wealth of local knowledge and connections. She helped us find the right activities for our family, and made reservations for our anniversary evening. All EXCELLENT recommendations! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and VIP, all the way. Grateful for our amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time and stay at Casa Sorella. It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. The grounds were well kept a gate and 24hr security guard at the entrance which made us feel very safe. Jorge was our personal concierge and he was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. His margarita’s are by far the best in Cabo!

We recently stayed at Casa Sikha for 10 days. We are not Cabo newbies and transitioned from the Medano Beach Area to this house. This was a multi-generational vacation with 2 retirees, 2 teenagers, my husband, and myself. From start to finish everything was perfect. We were greeted by Juan and Salvador with homemade ceviche, guacamole, and salsa. I had previously read on a review that this might be the case so I sent them a quick note to let them know we had an allergy to onions. When we arrived all the goodies were onion-free. Juan helped us unpack our groceries, he had previously asked if we needed any but we had a pretty good amount from the beach stay. He walked us through everything in the house showed us how-tos and not-tos. There is a book(bible) that tells you everything you need to know about the house and places and people to go and see to make your vacation most memorable. Our teens (18+) loved the gym a short walk. We spent every morning enjoying the sunrise on the roof drinking coffee, and every evening enjoying the sunsets drinking margaritas! The pool is the perfect temp and the multiple lounge areas in the backyard help you feel like you’re not on top of each other. The house is impeccably decorated. Super fun!! You can feel the owner's love for Mexico and the culture here. We were on a house hunt and the owner was nice enough to answer questions about his experience living in Cabo! Juan and Salvador are amazing!! We enjoyed a quick spa trip, and a sunset dinner cruise where we came so close to whales the blowhole sprayed us all. For our last night, we took advantage of the private Chef Experience- THIS IS NOT TO BE MISSED!! It was amazing and so relaxing to be in your element eating delicious food. We had a few hiccups, but Juan and Salvador saved the day to ensure we continued to relax and enjoy our time. There is a newer Plaza down the road that we frequented. Two new restaurants opened while we were there. One is a sit-down Italian and the other was a deli. They were both amazing. The sports bar upstairs played our favorite team for Sunday football and the food was equally delicious. Also, plug to the Cabo Grill across the dirt road for Breakfast!! To put it shortly…We were treated like VIP’s and this house and your host are amazing!

Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations! Jon and Berenice were absolutely gracious and provided amazing hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Located in a secure, gated community, the level of safety was outstanding, ensuring that travelers from around the world can feel at ease. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and the breathtaking views from the outdoor fireplace area - simply phenomenal! The location is ideal for visiting Los Cabos, just about 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and around 25 minutes from San José del Cabo. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. From the moment we booked, the hosts provided all the necessary details and continued to communicate seamlessly throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered immediately, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

Great location. Everyone was super helpful at the property. The Pool and rooftop hangout were cool. Close enough to walk to the marina but far away enough that it’s not noisy.

This Condo is huge, the outdoor patio area has an amazing view. Wonderful sunrise views. I can't add too much more than the reviews before me. The other 5* reviews are completely accurate! The company that manages the condo is wonderful: Cabo Elite! They took care of our transportation to and from the airport and also gave us recommendations and were always responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back.

Check in took a bit of time. There were some groups checking in at the same time. The rental is fabulous. Very spacious, fancy, and clean. The private heated infinity pool was our favorite feature. We spent a lot of time in the pool, looking out at the beautiful view. We loved watching the whales in the ocean from the pool. It was nice to have a working hot tub as well. We would definitely stay at this rental again.
