Great spot, lots of outside space and chairs for all our group of 10 no problem. Really good speaker system throughout the house, pool and hot tub and perfect temperatures. Unreal views of the boats and whales.

The home is exceptional with amazing views of the ocean from all floors. We had four couples and each had their own floor and amazing balconies. We also followed their recommendation for food staff and had amazing breakfasts every morning, appetizers with drinks in the afternoon and a dinner on our last night. It was all delicious and fresh. I strongly recommend.

10/10 would come again! We booked this villa for my friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded all expectations. Yes, the villa is gorgeous but what made the trip so memorable was the staff. Perla was extremely helpful leading up to and during the trip –– she was responsive and set up a ton of fun activities (like tequila tasting, bartenders, massages, etc.) and assisted with travel logistics and transportation. The staff, Juan and Isabelle, were great! Juan makes a mean margarita that you won’t want to miss out on. Isabelle kept the house very clean and also got a tough stain out of my friend’s bathing suit. Last but not least, the chef, Guillermo, was INCREDIBLE and very accommodating to our food allergies. We are all still talking about the meals he made for us, especially the fish! Thank you, Perla and team, for the most amazing trip we could have asked for! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house, wonderful hospitality, perfect location just 5min from downtown Cabo! Julie and the rest of the Cabo Villas team made sure every aspect of our trip was planned perfectly. The view of the house was amazing - made for the most memorable sunsets. House is super comfortable, situated in a very safe gated community. Perfect for several family vacationing together or a large group of friends. The open layout of the living space was so comfortable. We visited in Feb and the weather was so pleasant but at night when it got a little chilly, we really appreciated the heated pool and spa. Through concierge, we booked a private chef and massages on the peaceful patio. Highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again next time we are in Cabo!
