Monthly Rentals in Pearl District, Portland

Stayed at this airbnb for a few months. Zero problems, all smiles! It’s located on the top floor courtyard side which equals quiet and peaceful. I will stay again if available when I come back to Portland! :) Location really is the best in PDX. And if you like fitness it’s right next to Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Gyrotonics. Lagree is close by too! Multiple gyms and one of the best indoor rock climbing gyms in the nation is in this district. Street car/city train right next to the building, go anywhere! Comes with an assigned parking spot in the parking garage too!

This one-bedroom apartment boasts an abundance of natural light, streaming through its large windows. During a delightful month here, it truly felt like home. Plus, the convenience factor is that everything you need is just a stroll away!

A great spot in the Pearl District! This is a beautiful, comfortable, and quiet studio in one of my favorite locations in Portland. The location is excellent - a walkable neighborhood, very easy access to public transit, and bike paths nearby. The unit is in good condition: well furnished, well maintained, and in a building that is looked after. The view from the unit and the balcony is wonderful. For an even better view, ride the elevator to the top floor! Chris was an excellent host - always helpful and responsive. There were a few additional logistics due to the building's HOA, but he handled this almost completely; it required minimal extra effort from me. The parking spot in the basement garage was extremely helpful. Street parking is tricky in the Pearl, and that concern is completely alleviated by the parking garage. What else can I say? I will miss watching the sun set over the hills. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
