We loved this Airbnb. Being a host myself I appreciate the small touches as well as the overall sparkling cleanliness of the place ( and the effort that is put into making it that way) The surroundings were lovely; we felt like we were in the middle of a rainforest with lots of bird songs and a little stream at the bottom of the property. It rained heavily the first night and it was lovely to hear the rushing water. Thank you

I will come again!! Very well described and easy to find and entry.. well stocked with all supplies. visitors were surprised!! Lovely to feed the birds in the morning and they are very tame and demanding FOOD!! fun to be there and enjoyed breakfast on the deck! Thanks Paddy!

We stayed at Betharam Villa 1 for a week. We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. We loved the villa inside but especially outside. The villa offers everything you need and want and more. The welcoming extras were lovely. The generous and beautiful villa has incredible views. The outside furniture allows you to enjoy it in comfort. We love peace and quiet and this villa offers that in abundance. We love nature and it was all around us. But we also went to Gardners Falls (2x); Kondalilla Falls (where I swam); Baroon Dam, where the Bell birds delighted us (next time I'll also swim there) and several walks along the Maleny trail. We love to little Maleny township. Normally we just stopped there for a coffee as we drove from the Sunshine Coast back home. But we very much enjoyed this town for the whole week. Thank you David and Patricia. We hope to come back as once was not enough.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The hosts’ care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made it exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for their warmth and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
