Monthly Rentals in Peacham

Our stay was absolutely magical with all the fall foliage right outside our window! It really did look like a kingdom! We fell in love with Harvey’s lake just a few mins from the airb&b (really recommended you visit if you want to avoid crowds). Bess and her husband where great host and I 100% recommend their beautiful place! We are already planning another stay for a different season (not winter though we are from Texas after all lol).

As soon as I walked into The Barn accommodations I felt right at home. Spacious, clean, great lighting both natural and interior, very comfortable living area (with two sofas and lots of pillows), dreamy bed in a spacious bedroom, accommodating bathroom with a good shower, clean water you can drink from the faucets, private, wonderful country side neighborhood with a village feel. I love the view over the back yard. I would live there if I could! Communication with Chuck was easy, clear, and comfortable. An affable fellow, Chuck was attentive to a couple of special needs requests I had. I highly recommend The Barn in South Peacham.

Bernadette was absolutely amazing. I stayed there for a full month for a business trip. Once a week she would empty my trash and recycling bin. She also would give me clean towels and bed lines. What stands out the most is her personality and willingness to ensure your stay is pleasant. She would check in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. If there was ever a need, she was very timely in getting it done. Bernadette definitely has the gift of hospitality. She is extremely professional and I would highly recommend working with her!

If you’re looking for a respite from city life, look no further. Quiet, rural, beautiful surroundings. We were here in winter and we kept the wood stove fired up using the plentiful supply provided by our hosts. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. Wifi worked admirably. Plenty of space for us to relax, read, write - everything we wanted to do on our little retreat. Emily was a terrific host, responding to our needs. Highly recommended.
