Condo vacation rentals in Peace River

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

Brian and Odette felt like a couple of angels for us. We stayed there between 2 hurricanes while in the midst of a horrendous cleanup from the first one. They were helpful and flexible and did everything they could so that our stay was easy and comfortable and we could focus on the task at hand.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

Sandra was friendly and very helpful. Convenient off-street parking. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen minimalist but had everything you would need. I would happily stay there again.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Loved this beautiful stay!! Looked just like the photos and was all we wanted and more. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful home! Loved the views from the balcony, the place was very neat and was enough space for my husband and I and our dogs. Loved that it was dog friendly for our furry kiddos. The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

what can I say about the kondo tiki that hasn't already been said. It's the perfect air b and b. Every single thing about the condo was perfect. The tiki theme was perfectly executed, and not "over the top". Simply put, this is what the gold standard should be. The decorations, the experience the location, everything stellar. No notes, no improvements needed. As for the host, responsive, helpful and friendly. Again, perfect.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Hina helped my husband and me out after Hurricanes Helene and Milton devastated our home and business. Even though the elevator at their complex was damaged, and the pool area was also demolished by the storms, they offered a very nice discount and were very kind and thoughtful when dealing with us. Cheers to the beautiful water view - we spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying it. They had everything we needed to make our stay feel homey and comfortable, and I will always remember their kindness. Book this place - you will not be sorry.❤️

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

I cannot say enough about Jordyn. She was so accommodating and kudos to her immediate responses to my many questions. Her customer service was superior. The property maintenance personnel- Taveon -was extremely kind and helpful. He made me feel welcome and safe which is important as a single woman traveling alone. The condo was very cozy and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
