Very responsive Host. The place was little difficult to find as its located 5kms away from the main Lonavala center point. Travelling via tuktuk is a bit expensive. There were some amenities okeyish but as it was only 2 people, it was manageable. The best part was pool and bedrooms. Food facility was available just a phone call away. Food was little expensive but it was very delicious. Not much of the options but considering the tourist place Lonavala, its a heaven to get food delivered at door steps. Overall the Host is extremely professional, the villa has all the amenities needed including basic requirements like oil, cooking utensils, towels, 24x7 water and electricity, also backup inverter if loadshedding, Caretaker available at disposal just a call away. Perfect getaway place for couples and a group of 8 people. Smoking is allowed. CCTV for security. I plan to visit again soon.

Had stayed at this place for a night. We enjoyed swimming pool, swing a lot. Caretaker Rajesh was very helpful during the stay. Restaurants near to this place deliver via food apps and deliver nice food. Place is relaxing, peaceful, clean and approx 20 mins from Tiger point.

Beautiful property. The host is so warm and helpful. Helped me to plan the birthday party for my wife. It was the best birthday party till date.

Our stay at this property was very good. The place is huge, and we all had a great time playing cricket, badminton, polo, and table tennis. Swimming pool was also good. The chef is excellent and prepared delicious meals every day. The attendants were attentive and took good care of us. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom tiles could use some updating as they look rusty and old. Overall, we had an amazing time at the property and enjoyed every moment.

It was a last minute booking and we checked in quite late, but Hemant managed everything wonderfully. They cater to our last minute dinner request and the food was very tasty. The villa is beautiful from inside and there are breathtaking views from the Terrace specially in the morning, would love to be there again soon.

Our stay was really great, special thanks to Aditya and his team, place is really cool and family friendly. Its a big stand alone Villa, Enough place for 3 to 4 car parking big size lawn and pool size is big enough for 12 to 15 ppl. We took food package which is must try. Also home made starters was delicious. Place will give you home away from home feel, clean n neat rooms, little vintage feel you ll get. good greenery at premises. Caretaker is very helpful, Villa is centrally located in lonavala 2 min from highway and 5 min from Lonavala railway station, all shops market is nearby. It was really peaceful stay, would love to visit again.

The property in itself was amazing and in the corner where no one could bother. The place was pic and span. The food was pretty tasty and in gr8 quantity. Rubina herself was extremely polite, agile and accommodating. We had a great experience staying here.

An amazing Airbnb experience! We absolutely loved our two-day stay here. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and memorable visit. Essentials and delicious meals were delivered right to our doorstep, making it easy to relax and focus on enjoying our time. We requested pool floaties, and they were promptly provided—such a nice touch! The setting is simply breathtaking, with stunning views all around. On one side, there’s an old wada that adds charm and character, while the other side offers expansive mountain views. The rooms are spacious, and the lift access made everything so convenient. There are plenty of games provided, allowing for a good time with family. The onsite staff is incredibly helpful and proactive, always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel at home, creating one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I highly recommend staying here and am already looking forward to returning. Don’t miss it!

We had a great experience, the villa is really well maintained, neat and clean. All the amenities were perfect. Caretaker of villa Mr. Babluji is a really kind person, 24/7 available just a call away and within a minute he will be present in the villa for you. The owners of the villa are very kind, continuously on call to check whether the things are proper or not, whether food was proper or not etc.. Would any time recommend the place. Must visit.

When we booked the place, we had some doubts, but once we arrived, we liked it immediately, and it exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a large kitchen fully equipped for cooking. There are two caretakers, a husband and wife. They are very nice people and went above and beyond to provide the best possible service. They were always available whenever we needed them to prepare tea, snacks, and meals. Bharat, the host, was very responsive and replied with detailed information every time we had any questions.

The place was very nice.

We were at Astha Villa for private celebration. This place deserves to be more than 5 star. Such amazing villa amidst nature, serene and peaceful . The host Jatin is super proactive and very helpful and provides guidance from each and every perspective. The in house chef and care taker are also very good . Jatin helped us to curate Menu for our celebration. Just few suggestion : If you are interested in singing like me, then please carry your own karaoke equipment as the Villa provides good speakers but not karaoke. Also swimming pool needs to have kids friendly floaties so that it can be used by kids. Also of some in-house game equipment like carrom board, TT or fussball can be hosted on Open Terrace then it will be more fun !!!

The villa was same as shown in pictures. It is within a gated community with security. Was able to check in comfortably and the staff was kind and accommodating. Had a fun time with friends!

Celebrated our friend’s reunion at this place. The villa is maintained well, clean big rooms, clean and spotless beds/ furniture. Had a lovely and pleasant stay with my friends here. The staff (Shantaram Dada) was a phone call away. Cyrus is also very good host in touch to check if the guests are comfortable.
