The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal . The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Our stay at the 3 pillar farm was wonderful. We had a great time, it’s a lovely property with the lake view. The staff there is also very helpful and the cook Nikita cooks amazing food and is very accommodating. We would definitely recommend the place to everyone. The host Soma and her husband are very sweet and are always responsive. They were very flexible with our check in and check out timings and were also available at odd hours for any questions we had.

Had a wonderful staycation. Shyam is a very proactive host; he was able to preempt every query one might have and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The housekeeping guy, Prakash, is very friendly and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is deep inside Karjat, but that is the trade-off one has to bear to experience a peaceful stay away from the city chaos. 5/5

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at jeetpal sir’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with jeetpal sir was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with mentioned and nearby attractions or conveniences.We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. We had an incredible 4-night stay at Hoya Homes for our cousins' trip this December! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare meals together, which was a highlight of our stay. The plunge pool and outdoor areas were absolutely gorgeous and became our favorite spots to hang out. We spent hours sitting and chatting there, soaking in the serene atmosphere well into the night. The bedrooms and washrooms were spotless, and the caretaker ensured the property remained pristine by arranging house help daily. The host was super helpful and prompt in their responses, going above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Overall, Hoya Homes felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Nice place to visit, the neighborhood was peaceful. The kitchen was also good, the only thing was that the fridge was not clean. The location is easy to find, the flat was clean and tidy.

We were mesmerized with the lovely nature around. Trust me, go for a night without any second thought. Mr. Harsh is an employee there who co-ordinated with us from the start. Extremely helpful staff. The location, pristine nature, everything was out of the world. We had a stay during monsoon. But the staff there said the place is windy & cool throughout the year. We'll definitely visit again ! Great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, lake side, very good cleanliness. The caretaker Bhagwan was awesome and very responsive. Food was awesome. Overall a must visit place.

Great place, loved the scenic view, and the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Only note to new visitors based on my experience staying in unit 4 - is that, the unit doesn’t have a door to the bathroom rather it just has a curtain. It might be okay/great for couples or even a group of same gender friends, but if you’re coming with family or your siblings, be prepared for it haha. (Again, not writing this as a bad thing about the property but more like a heads up to new visitors visiting with their sisters like me 🤣)

This beautiful property by the lake is a must visit for a relaxing staycation. A quiet and serene space with a direct view of the sunrise and sunset, this was a peaceful experience away from the hustle of the city. The home cooked affordable meals were completely worth it. The common areas are very thoughtfully created with pools, swings/hammocks, a treehouse and seats to enjoy the surrounding. It's a must visit for a quick 1-2 day retreat! However, the only problem is the approach road is really bad and the terrain to reach the farmhouse is rough.

A beautiful escape away from the city - it’s abode to wonderful exotic birds and two adorable dogs, who will be a wonderful companion throughout the stay. Highly recommended - specially for animal lovers!
