You get a good vibe at this place. Your can tell its their beloved home , with personalized trinkets that relate to their Dutch heritage. We all felt very comfortable and at home at Janine's and Thanks tree tops house. Thank good ness for the efficient air con as we had some super hot days and nights! Thankyou for being pet friendly , as a holiday is not the same without our beloved whippet. We'll definitely be back again

Fantastic house with all desired amenities, the house is in a beautiful neighbourhood with great views from the outdoor seating. Less than a kilometre to the beach…. Highly recommend the jungle cubby for a family vacation.

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

The place was nice, clean and cosy. It''s big enough for 8 people. It's well equipped for a peaceful holiday to wind down in a quiet area. There is a living room upstairs with an extra TV, books and board games, which gave the kids a space to enjoy. The outdoor area and open kitchen created a special atmosphere as we gathered for a meal. The pool is a also a big bonus, it's of a decent size for a small group and the kids enjoyed it the most. Sandy beach reserve is within a short stroll. We loved how quiet it is if you want to spend a peaceful time without having to carry seats with you as it got so many benches and some of them with shelters. Nicolas is an outstanding communicator, he gave clear instructions and tirelessly answered all our questions without any delay. It was our first time in a Airbnb and it was extremely useful that Nicolas was proactively giving clear instructions. He even offered late checkout on the last day without asking as the weather wasn't good initially

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

Curl Curl is one of the best beaches in Sydney. The view of it from the house is incredible! We really enjoyed our stay, and had plenty of space for our large family. We loved the extra touches, like comfortable sitting places on the veranda. We love music, so finding bluetooth speakers available to connect to and listen was - for us - a very thoughtful touch. The location was great too. If you want to spend your days on the beach, this house is the perfect launching point. Besides Curl Curl, it is a short drive to Freshwater Beach, where you'll find loads of restaurants and shops (and another incredible beach). Having a nice pool was another big bonus for us. Our kids never want to leave the beach, but it's easy to convince them to head home, if we have a pool to offer them. We were sad to leave but know we'll be back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation. I'd highly recommend this for travelling families or tour groups seeking a comfortable, spacious and very homely accommodation. Pool was a hit with my team of youth rugby players !

Great location in CBD. Walkable to sites and transit, great restaurants, etc. Apartment is as described. Nice beds!

Fantastic experience. Ashley's flat felt like the best combination of home and hotel. Crisp white linens, lots of fresh white towels, nice soap. And all the comforts of home-- space to unwind peacefully, laundry, an equipped kitchen, etc. The place has lots of natural light (and good shades to block it so you can wake when you want to). Ashley has lots of good posted instructions so you know how to use the place optimally, and he's super proactive and responsive as a host. FWIW, in my Air BNB experience, the host is what makes the most difference if you're traveling from afar. Strongly recommend this host and property. I hope to be back before too long.

Great unit close to everything. Super clean, neat & tidy. Had everything in it we needed for our week stay. On top of a shopping centre full of great shops, cafes & restaurants. Even a good little walk next to the shops around a bit of a lake & reserve to walk around with our newborn. Also a very secure & safe location. Friendly neighbours. Friendly community. Quiet area. Very friendly & responsive hosts who pay a lot of attention to detail surrounding checking in / lockbox for key location / carpark access & car spot location & lift + unit access . 5 stars and ticks all round from our family. We’ll be back for sure.

We had a good stay in Bondi. The apartment is well equipped and is in a great location. Cathy was responsive to our questions at all times.

Claire was super responsive and helpful. If you plan on attending an event at Olympic park/accor stadium this is the place to stay. It is only a 10 minute walk to Accor Stadium and if you want to make your way into the city, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The space was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the cityscape during the day and night.

Greg's apartment is absolutely stunning - the pictures don't do it justice. We had a fantastic stay here over NYE and staying in such a nice place really made it a special trip. Greg also left lots of nice treats in the fridge which was very much appreciated. The location is slightly further away from the main tourist areas but it's very easy to get around using a combination of uber / public transport, and we liked being close to the beach. Highly recommended if visiting Sydney!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cynthia's place in Kirribilli. The apartment is spacious, light and stylish. The bed was comfy and there was everything we needed for a short stay in Sydney. The ferry wharf was a 5 minute walk away, with a very nice cafe to grab our morning coffee. There were some great walks in the area, with views of the harbour, the bridge and Opera House. Kirribilli village is great, with many good restaurants, some lovely bakeries and little shops. Cynthia and Mick were amazing hosts, we couldn't have asked for better.

We had a great stay! Amazing location.. great coffee just next door which was so lovely to get in the morning then to sit out the front of the house watching the ocean. Communication was great, any questions we had were answered within 10 minutes every time. 10/10 would recommend :)

The apartment was as described. Clean and well presented. Excellent location for us (family of 5). Close to Sydney CBD either driving or public transport, as the train station was nearby. Great quiet apartment complex with brilliant city views. Undercover allocated parking spot. Walking distance to “The Bakehouse Quarter” offering lots of brilliant restaurants, cafes, pubs, entertainment and an Aldi store. Great location overall .. host Sophia was brilliant with easy to follow instructions on access. Very responsive to questions. We had a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat when I come back to Sydney. ❤️😜

Such a beautiful setting and well appointed little apartment which had everything we needed. Emily & David were available and responsive when we needed them but also very conscious of our privacy. Very comfortable space, super clean and there was even a cheese platter & bubbles in the fridge for our arrival along with breakfast supplies. Well thought out set up for their guests. Thank you so very much Emily & David for sharing your little piece of Northern Beaches with my girls & I. Highly recommended. 🙏

Perfect location, comfortable apartment and Sharon was extremely responsive. Workout room is tiny for the number of building tenants but so many other things to do in the area, more than made up for the inability to use the gym facility. Would definitely recommend this place to others if easy access to the city is a priority.

Amazing place in the best location in Sydney. The apartment has amazing charachter in the heart of the action. WiFi is very fast in case you’re working. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Thank you for having us
