A beautiful oasis setting, in the trees. Wonderful western aspect offering evening opportunities to sit on the balcony and watch the sudnown. Easy 2 minute drive to Avoca beach. Really well set up kitchen with double cooktop and oven. Great communication from Janine and Henk.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

I recently spent three nights at a charming, albeit older, property that truly captured my heart. The beauty and serenity of the place, surrounded by lush landscapes, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection. It felt as though I was stepping back in time, surrounded by echoes of the past from 30 years ago, which added a nostalgic touch to my stay. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near the sites I wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the area. Each morning, I awoke to the tranquil ambiance of the lush surroundings, allowing me to recharge for the adventures ahead. If you’re looking for a place that combines historical charm with a peaceful atmosphere, I highly recommend this spot. It may be old, but its beauty, serenity, and the vibrant landscape are timeless. I can't wait to return!

We loved our stay. Justin was so lovely! House was equipped with all your needs to cook, kick back, relax and soak in the most stunning view. Very spacious, never felt crowded (we were a group of 12), we went there to relax and that's exactly what we did. Justin is super friendly and accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a good time while there. This is an absolute waterfront property- it meant the kids can nap/early bed time and you can still be with everyone soaking in the view. We barely left the house (other than to buy groceries), it was just perfect,

Ross's home was simply a delight! Comfortable, quiet (except for the morning Kookaburra wake up laugh!) ... a small walk down the side stairs onto a beautiful quiet beach with a great pub/cafe/restaurant to deliver all you need for a relaxing weekend away. Ross is an excellent host who went beyond and made sure we were able to recover personal items that we mistakenly left behind. 5 star location matched by a very hospitable host. Thank you Ross.

Our family loved staying in this beautiful, peaceful, clean and relaxing home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a game changer and the heated pool was hard to leave! The hosts were wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend this AirBNB.

I had a wonderful stay at this serene and picturesque property. The tranquil atmosphere and stunning views made it a perfect getaway. One of my favorite experiences was collecting fresh eggs in the morning to cook breakfast – such a unique touch! I would recommend bringing or locating mosquito repellent right away, as the lush greenery around the house attracts quite a few mosquitoes. The host does provide mosquito repellent, but it’s stored in the cabinet, so it’s worth checking for it as soon as you arrive. The highlight of my stay was the kindness of the neighbors. I borrowed a pair of boots to walk down to the river, and a lovely woman next door went out of her way to find the right size for me. Although I didn’t catch her name, I deeply appreciated her helpfulness. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would love to return. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!

Superb property and location. Private and spacious. The sensational balcony views and the plunge pool were perfect for our January stay. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and their dinner recommendation was a hit. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable getaway.

Shane's apartment is in an exceptional location. it is around 30 seconds walk from the front of the apartment to the swing bridge of the picturesque Parsley Bay beach. Only 15 minutes walk further on brings you to Watson's Bay where a number of cafes, restaurants and take aways are right on the waterside. Having a ferry terminal here also makes other locations such as Manly and Circular Quay easily accessible. The apartment is exactly as rendered in the AirBnB photos. It felt elegant, spacious and light and airy. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. Shane was highly responsive to requests particularly around some potential accessibility issues, offering to assist us as the stairs could have been a challenge. He was also helpful with suggestions for transport options and places to go. Overall, this is a well appointed, well located elegant apartment which has been a joy to stay in. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible penthouse apartment! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located on a quiet street opposite a beautiful park, it was also just a short stroll to fantastic cafés and, the best pies around! Access was simple and secure, with a convenient code entry system leading to off-street, secure parking. The elevator took us to the second floor, where we entered through a small, private courtyard into the apartment itself. We used two of the three bedrooms, both of which were well-stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area provided the perfect space to cook, relax, and unwind. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, offering far more space and value than what you might find in Manly for the same price. The management team was excellent—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Suzanna is an amazing host. Local recommendations given and very responsive All issues we communicated to her. We only had issues with the bathrooms (shower and toilets) which we found too cramped and lacked of ventilation. One shower needs better drainage as the towel got very wet on the ground. Drainage in sinks weren’t amazing Photos of the house were inaccurate as even on a good day we never got as much light in the lounge room as in the photos, also clever angles as looks like more room than there actually is. Provision of toiletries and basic amenities very helpful Lots of noise from apartment above and neighbours at all hours Beds were very comfortable, one bedroom cramped so needed to move bed to shut the door. Location amazing, easy to walk to Barangaroo station, Barangaroo reserve, the Rocks and Circular Quay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks Suzanna.

Elise is a wonderful host and her home is absolutely beautiful. It’s very spacious and a lot bigger than I expected. Location is great with the beach being a nice walkable distance. We absolutely loved our stay!

We booked here only a few days out from our wedding, having had our previous accom cancel on us last minute! From the moment we booked Liz was so helpful and communicative, and made sure our stay went so smoothly, with thoughtful touches which made our wedding weekend even more special. The home itself is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view, beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with detailed instructions on everything in the home which made our stay so easy. Would love to return!

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

My large group had a pleasant stay. Large front/backyard and plenty of beds and seating for dining for our group. Only downfall was there’s no air con in some bedrooms but they do provide some fans. Recommend the house and great location to many attractions like the long jetty & the entrance!

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

The photos are extremely accurate, lovely two bedroom villa. We had a very relaxing time here, plenty of books and a few games to choose from to keep ourselves entertained as well. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. A well appointed villa in a lovely part of the world
