Monthly Rentals in Patearoa

Tim's place is adorable, in the middle of a sleepy town that invites you to walk around and spot the locals. There are 2 supermarkets in town making this house a great place to stay long term. There are coffee places and 2 antique/curiosity shops and the best town to stay to visit the area (Naseby - St Bathans - Patearoa (see the Lavenders)). We felt right at home, there is a fire for the colder mornings or evenings making it very homey. Definitively recommended and I would love to return one day.

For our purposes, Gran's Cottage was well located, comfortable and clean. We'll be back.

Great place in ranfurly - felt like staying a proper kiwi holiday home. Heaps of room and beds. Plenty of what we needed in the kitchen too. Board games always great to try out Would definitely come back if needing to stay in or near ranfurly again Clean and spacious with spare towels etc

We stayed at Sharon and Ken’s for 3 nights and we felt right at home. The place was very comfortable, and we were greeted with multiple personalized surprises to make our stay even more special. The neighborhood felt safe and even though we could hear a bit of the street « traffic », it wasn’t too loud (I sleep with earplugs). I walked to a restaurant across the street for a smoothie (although there is a wee blender in the kitchen if you wanted to make your own, as well as instant powdered coffee).
