Monthly Rentals in Pasig City

Ann's comfortable charming house was a joy to stay at. My partner and I stayed for three month and enjoyed the place greatly. You can expect beautiful sunsets in the evening and the sun doesn't heat the place up too much in the afternoon. Ann is very responsive/proactive when it comes to making you feel comfortable. In the three months we stayed there, we only encountered one brownout for about an hour. Ann even warned us about it before it happened, that's how proactive she is. The guards in the building are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't be shy to make friends with them, they are an absolute joy! At night, I recommend walking over to Arcovia for music/food. In the back barangay, you can find street vendors and even more friendly locals to visit with. The SM Hypermart is a short walk away, as well as many fast food destinations and restaurants. It's easy to take a Grab or Jeepney towards any direction in Metro Manila. I'd strongly recommend staying here! Thank you Ann!!!!!!

It’s a home ♥️ and there is no place like home ♥️ We will be coming back as it is close to everything we need esp.the Daycare for my 3yr old baby, in PC Mart is just walking distance. Thank you sooo sooo much Ms. Belle!!!! ♥️🙏

We booked this space for 35 days and it was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed even longer, the community in this residences is something truly special and the views from the roof deck are amazing. The room was nice and cozy and has everything you need for short stay or a long stay like us. You won’t regret renting a space at Lumiere residence. Thank you so much Ms Jashee and Ms rica for accommodating us.

I had a great stay at Ms. Ana's and Johnny's place! The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed, from tissues to soaps. It's perfect for 1-2 people, and the location is super convenient, with SM Hypermarket just a short walk away and SM Araneta nearby as well. I'm grateful for their hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!
