Monthly Rentals in Parma

Gus was an absolutely wonderful host. Myself and my parents were in the area due to a Medical stay. We were unsure how long our stay would be so we booked for a few weeks, when we knew we needed to stay longer I was able to reach out to Gus and he was very understanding and always willing to allow us to extend our stay as long as it wasn't already booked. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was exactly as stated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, even with a school right down the road. I would absolutely recommend this property and GUS for any stay in the area. The only thing I would advise for anybody looking to stay is to bring a six way plug for the bedrooms as the power supply is very limited, if you need to charge more than a phone. I will always consider Gus's properties anytime we are in the area.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and variety of restaurants.

This was an amazing place. I stayed for a month. The location is great. It’s safe and secure. The home itself is updated and nice. It has most everything you could need already there. They were great communicative hosts. No complaints! Would have loved to have stayed longer. A++
