Monthly Rentals in Parlin

Loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and private, and we really enjoyed our stay in the guest house above the garage, as well as the recreation room with the pool table on the first floor. Janet was very helpful in quickly answering all our questions during our stay. We stayed here for a ski trip, and appreciated that the driveway was plowed since they had gotten a lot of snow before we arrived.

Very quaint! Quiet and peaceful cabin, stocked with everything you need. Our dog loved the fenced in yard! Would stay again.

The Cottonwood Cottage was perfect for our stay in Gunnison. It is a great location, a clean cottage, and her communication was great. She even sent a text checking on us. Recommend and would stay there again!

Mandy was fantastic host with proactive directions, helpful with instructions and is was exactly the perfect spot for our needs! Easy to find, easy in/out- exactly as photos- made it very simple to plan accordingly- THANK YOU! We will use again when in the area! Best!
