Monthly Rentals in Park Forest Village

Great place to stay in State College. Walmart, Target, Weis and many restaurants are short drive yet place is in a peaceful neighborhood. Valerie is also very helpful. We requested early check in and since it was available, she agreed to do that for us. It was only one night stay but I will look forward to be there if opportunity comes.

Lauren’s place is very cute and comfortable and it is in a great location. Lauren is a wonderful host and went out of her way to coordinate the return of a computer cord I accidentally left behind. We would definitely book again for future trips to State College. -Meg

I can't say enough good things about our stay. We were there for a parents' weekend, our last (sniff, sniff), and the friend who stayed with us kept saying, "They thought of EVERYTHING to make this house perfect!" I am persnickety when it comes to lodging and I pick houses very carefully. Ryan and Ashley's home was even nicer than the photos show and exceeded my already high expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. When our sons stopped over for dinner, they loved the garage area with the dartboard and foosball table. We also loved the comfy sofa for watching a Final Four game after an evening out with the kids. Additionally, Ryan was phenomenal with communication. Although my son will be graduating in a few weeks, I've already recommended the house to PSU family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to restaurants and shops. Dawn, our host was incredibly responsive and kind, making the entire experience seamless. It was a great deal, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
