Samuda, his wife and 2 sons are extremely welcoming. We had requested dinner upon arrival and got treated with a home made curry that was delicious. The tree house is authentic and beautifully made. On top of that his brother’s restaurant is around the corner and serves nice food too. All in all we felt very welcome and looked after! Thank you for the stay

This place is truly a rare find! It's located in a very quiet location. The room and the bathroom were, in addition to being spacious, very clean. The water is hot and constant which is a luxury. Anura and her wife are incredibly kind, and will do everything to make you feel good. The meals offered by Anura, for 2000 rupees / person are just divine. We had dinner 3 nights and had, every night, different dishes and all excellent. This is the best food we ate in Sri Lanka! We also booked a massage and safari via the guesthouse that went very smoothly. We'll miss this place a lot. You can go there without a second thought.

The great view on the balcony, which is important not to expect from the room you are staying in. The host tells you everything at check-in like a good guide. If I come back, I'll stay here.

This place was a stand out for its beautiful rooms. We had a very comfortable sleep and our first real hot shower. The staff were all lovely and working hard to keep the grounds beautiful. Lovely place!
