A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

TOBY exceeded our expectations - such a stunning and spacious place for the 3 of us. The location was fantastic, away from the crowds, but just 10 minutes walk to the village/beach. Sophie is a fantastic host - super friendly and responsive. The flowers, fridge basics and yummy treats were very much appreciated. St Agnes is a beautiful place to be and TOBY is the perfect base!

Amazing location, with a great view. We had a great time. Couple of nice restaurants / bars in walking distance which was great. Beach was also walkable. Frederika’s place was also really nice, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

The house was incredible - very roomy but felt just like home. We loved the fact that the house could be split into different spots for different families or grouped. The location was quiet but close to towns for things to do and places to eat. Rachael was extremely accommodating to our requests and Iain (and Marmalade) were very welcoming when we arrived, providing a thorough run through of the house and amenities, as well as providing some recommendations. One of the ladies repeatedly said she wasn’t going home as she loved the house so much! Would absolutely recommend and will love to return :)

The view was outstanding! The walk to the beach was easier than I expected. I had forgotten my AirPods in the apartment and Katherine has generously offered to mail the back to me. She’s very helpful. The town only had a few amenities but it was still okay. It was the view that particularly sold me.

The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we loved the sunny garden. Two bedside lights would have been helpful but otherwise the place was perfect

We were so happy that we decided on Julie’s flat for our stay in Newquay. The flat is functional, was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and linens, views of the sea were amazing, and lots of options for restaurants in the area. Access to several beaches were close by. We really enjoyed the balcony - to enjoy the sea air, listen to the waves crashing, and watch the surfers and beach goers. Amazing stay!

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

What a beautiful place, so comfortable, spacious and pristinely clean. Kitchen had everything and rooms cosy. A real find and so close to some beautiful spots. Thank you so much Chris and Sue!

Another great stay at Fistral Palms, this was our third visit! We love being close to the beach and a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The outside garden and shower are super useful for washing off the sand and hanging out the wetsuits to dry. Plenty of space inside for our family of four. The whole house is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a few days away from home. Hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Penryn. Damien was really friendly and met us when we arrived. Communication was great throughout our stay too, which made everything really easy. The flat was a perfect base for getting around, the bed was super comfy, and the view was gorgeous. Thanks so much for having us, Damien!

Lovely apartment, great views, clean and useable, would recommend

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
