Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Paquera

We recently stayed at Richard's beautiful home located on one of the most lovely beaches we’ve ever visited, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Richard’s attentiveness was evident. He provided clear instructions, greeted us warmly, and was readily available throughout our stay. He even helped us book a surf lesson and arrange an ATV rental, which made our trip even more memorable and hassle free. The property and casita were maintained daily and included all the amenities you could need and the bed was super comfortable. This was a perfect slice of paradise to relax and reconnect! We hope to return soon.

Great spot, been coming to Santa Teresa since 2011, first time staying in malpais as opposed to Santa Teresa. Privacy and quietness preferred. Epic view and sunsets, just as good as ST. Absolutely need a ATV. Carmen and ST really aren’t a bad ride on the ATV either. Chanti hooked up the ATV & surf rack as well. Definitely for the adventurers.

Casa Anna was an Amazing place to stay. Plenty of space and nice sunsets. Cleaning service and recommendations provided. Highly recommend. You don't wanna miss out.

Dan and Galit are amazing people and extremely warm and helpful. Dan said more than once “mi casa es su casa” and I really felt it from the heart. The place was extremely clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The casa is about 10 minutes from town and shopping/restaurants by car. We heard howler monkeys in the trees, were visited by a coatimundi upon arrival, and saw other white faced monkeys at the nearby beach. Montezuma’s a cool place and we spent 6 days and felt like it’s a friendly community.

Great host, good trip. Bathroom could use an update for sure. Needs comfortable seating to lounge and socialize while at home! No where to hang beside in bed…. Or at dinner table. But good spot in general.

Pleasure to stay here! Perfect! Also there is amazing connection with nature. We saw 6 aras on the tree! Incredible experience👌

Fred and Sahira are the perfects hosts. They are very kind and always reachable if you need anything. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a nice balcony/veranda, from where you can watch birds, monkeys and other animals. The beach, a supermarket and several restaurants can be reached by a short walk. If we would come back to Santa Teresa, we would definitely book this apartment again.

10 out of 10 would recommend. We will definitely be back to this location. The facility itself is gorgeous, had everything we needed. Within walking distance to tons of restaurants, very close to the beach, and lots of yoga studios.

We loved the place, the view, and the pool! The flat is so well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to every detail. For us, what made this stand apart was Haya and Amo's kindness and the sense of community we felt while staying there. The final part of the access road is very challenging—a proper 4x4 car is a must! The streets of Santa Teresa are generally quite challenging.

Very nice personal welcome. Beautiful apartment with high quality interior. There was daily cleaning service. Filtered water was provided. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area during the day. For sunsets and fresh coconuts a 5-minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommended!

Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

Amazing house with a terrace with insurmountable views, to disconnect 100% and relax completely, immersed in a jungle part with ocean views where you can hear and see animals throughout the day. Full recommended !

I have lived and/or visited several countries and cities around Asia, The Pacific, North America, and islands here and there since age 18 now I am 60. EVERYTHING about our stay from Sergio and his family, the local area, locals, the house inside and out, restaurants, medical care, security and the beach side lifestyle was SUPERIOR to all other places That I have been and I have seen some beauty

The apartment was great. Really lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed the space and found Adam and Shelly to be incredibly helpful and hospitable. Would recommend highly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. With two young children, we enjoyed the backyard patio and all the fun nature around and animals. The beach that was walking distance was perfect for us. The location is great close enough to other towns to do days trips to. The condo’s design, beds, linens, kitchen tools were just enough to be able to enjoy a month long stay, cook yummy meals and be comfortable and enjoy our time at the condo. The safety and security was very good too. Also the pool at the condo was fun to be in too with the kids. There is a small shallow part good for little little ones and then a deeper part for the older kids to hang and play in. Also the pool area has a second story which was nice to use for a yoga practice in the morning. We had a great month stay here, thank you!

This place was mind blowing, absolutely beautiful, even thought it was located in a hilly area, I liked that was away enough from the busy village center. Our host was lovely, she was very helpfu! If you are thinking coming to Santa Teresa, make sure you don’t miss this place!
