If you want right on the beach, book it. If you want endless, delicious restaurant/food/drink options right up the road, book it. If you want peace and quiet and the ocean to listen to all night, book it. Our stay was everything and more that we wanted for our first trip to Costa Rica! It was such a wonderful mix of beach all day and adventure the next and Richard was so welcoming and kind. The home was cleaned each day, which was extra enjoyable after a day of hiking. It’s truly a magical experience and place to stay!

It was beautiful, comfortable house, spotless, clean, very nice, the place is safe and quiet, good air conditioning, it had everything you need to be comfortable. We loved the pools, super central, everything is close.

This property in Bajamar was nice and peaceful. The location is hard to beat. The Sand and Ocean as your backyard was very nice and peaceful. The Ocean isn't safe to swin in, but Sitting on the sand listening to the waves and watching the sunset is hard to match. The Home is very well spread out, with the bedrooms apart from the Kitchen and rancho were you can hang out and cook. If someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early, the rest of the group can be at the other part and not bother those wanting to sleep.

You can't beat the views! The house is gorgeous, too. Lots of monkeys and hummingbirds and other wildlife. Close to downtown, but far enough away to have total privacy, peace, quiet. 100% recommend it, would stay there again anytime!

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

Claudia’s apartment in Jaco Bay is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, bright, with gorgeous mountain and pool views! Claudia went above and beyond in setting up her unit for our longer stay: she set up beautiful and practical dedicated work spaces; provided a cappuccino machine; her bedroom linens are of extremely high quality, likewise for the furniture and beds; the kitchen is well equipped as well. She is a great host and very responsive. The condo complex is a short 5 minutes walk into town and to the beach. Best and largest pool in Jaco - along with a lifeguard on duty. We will definitely recommend Claudia’s unit to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

BOOK IT NOW. One of the best places and host I’ve stayed in to date. Just off the main strip in Jaco. We walked everywhere! 24/7 security. Beautiful pool. Spacious apartment. And a fantastic price. I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for a response from Phil. We had a very late flight and for a small fee AND last minute we were able to stay until 7pm. No problem. Saved as a favorite and can’t wait to return. Pura vida!!

Close to downtown, the apartment is super clean, the hosts are very attentive and friendly. I liked it.

Lovely place and an amazing staff. Laura made sure to respond to anything I needed. The place is very clean and looks just like the photos. Walking distance from the beach also have a nice little bar out front with friendly bartenders. I will recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple. Will be back soon!

The condo was a fantastic place to stay in Jaco. Walking distance to everything, beautiful views from the balcony, secure, safe, clean, and modern. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area! Pura Vida!

The place is amazing. Very clean and a great view. Everything you can think of is available in the apartment. We had a great time. We loved the location, the beach, the pool and proximity to the local restaurants. They have beach towels, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen and many other things like books and games. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location in Jaco and felt safe in the gated neighborhood. Walkable although I don’t recommend it at night.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Everything is just like in the photos, it is a very quiet and safe place, it has everything super nearby so the location is more than perfect, Vielka and Stephen are very friendly.

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

It was a good place to stay. Bonita was always in contact and she cares that everything goes fine.

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

The place for the price is very nice . A little outdated . Very well stock with amenities that you would normally have buy . Mary was very prompt with message and other communications . We would stay there and again.
