Great place to stay in the nature, short drive to restaurants and beach, awesome gym which was perfectly equipped, looking forward to come back once the pool and sauna is completed.

everything was perfect. the studio was clean and really close to the beach. the kitchen had everything you needed. the pool was beautiful and well looked after. i would recommend Magic Place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Santa Teresa. Pura vida!

We stayed at the Sunrise studio and had a wonderful time. The view was fantastic and the nearest beaches were easily accessible.

Luciano’s place was perfect! The location was great. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the beach access was right across the street. We had our two little ones with us and they loved using the pool! We were also all very excited to see monkeys out our window! We ate out and cooked dinner a few times and we had everything we needed for cooking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures definitely don’t make justice to this amazing place. The apartment is huge, big kitchen, big master and big balcony with an amazing view to Playa Blanca, which could be the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in Costa Rica. Alejandro and Lourdes were beyond helpful when I came after a last minute cancellation from another host. Communication was great and They were so kind the whole time. Last but not least, everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Will stay here again without any hesitation!

The hotel is nice, it has a pool, the food is good, close to the center of Puntarenas, the truth I have no complaints about the place.

We had a great stay at Nala! The apartment and outside pool area was amazing. It was super easy to check in and the concierge was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great place and highly recommend!

This was has a lasting memory in our hearts. It was utterly perfect. The house, the pool, the beach, and the peace and joy it brought everyone makes this place magical. Zeidy and Henry, the onsite caretakers make the house a 12/10! Zeidy cooked a few dinners for us as an optional add on and her food was amazing! We are already planning the next time we can come back to this exact spot.

Had never been to CR before. This spot is unique. Super quiet area, two paths to the the most beautiful beach. Howler monkeys, iguanas, birds, mangos, coconuts, butterflies, flowers. We found the surf break in town better for southern hemi season. Really a memorable trip and the house fit three surf buddies perfectly. Staff was above and beyond expected, they came and cleaned twice! Washer and dryer were so valued.

It was my second time in Costa Rica, and by far the best. Isabella made it so easy to get everything set up for the stay and then Mauricio met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of everything. I have never seen a view so spectacular in my life!I am so glad I chose Mal Pais over Santa Teresa.

This place truly lives up to it’s ethos. I’m from New York, so naturally my energy can be a bit go go go & intense. And wow coming here was like stepping into a vortex where time slows down & you can just be. The location is stunning - you’re away from all the noise of town (however, still having easy access to it by car) - surrounded by the jungle - & have the most incredible ocean views. The sunsets here are magic - I enjoyed them from the house & by taking a quick 5 minute drive down to the beach. I also loved how easy it was to keep up with & build new habits here. The place just has an energy to it where you want to be your best self. They gift you a five minute journal upon arrival & having access to both the gym & cold plunge was amazing! Also, one of the housekeepers, Fernanda, made me the best omelette of my life & even gave me a fresh coconut! Overall, if you’re looking for a place to reset from the world, where you feel revived & refreshed leaving, this is it.

The house is amazing. Just our taste of furniture and big doors that can open up to the beautiful garden. Hummingbirds and butterflies were close by where I had my Yoga on the patio. That part couldn’t be better. It’s a nice breeze and the pool is perfect for cooling down. It’s cool that you can go straight out in the pool from the bedroom. We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa the only thing I would complain about would be the road that was extremely bumpy, but halfway into the state they maintained it. Also, the electricity went the firstday and night, but Alejandro was very service minded and treated us with breakfast in one of the local restaurants the song from the road down in the valley was very loud at all times, but you kind of got used to it all in all a wonderful place to be.

Pura Vida!!! Our stay at Wades place was nothing short of outstanding! It was a beautiful home with majestic views. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail. The place was impeccably clean with plenty of room and a relaxing infinity pool! The gated community was quiet, private and absolutely wonderful. The property was walking distance to the beach. All of the attendants in the community were helpful and friendly. If you want to venture out, the town of Jaco is close by and has some nice dining options. Wade(the owner) is very knowledgeable about the area and is very accommodating. He speaks English and Spanish. We will be back soon!
