I truly appreciate Miss Joyce’s proactiveness and the assurance she provided regarding our safety. The area is not only secure but also offers a sense of privacy, making our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, there are several restaurants conveniently located just 5 to 15 minutes away, giving us easy access to great dining options. Overall, our stay was fantastic! The place felt incredibly homey and cozy, making it a perfect retreat.

All aspects are very good, but as a residence, the price is very expensive~

Our stay at Balay Zeriko was memorable. Everything we needed was there. The place was impeccably clean, very cozy place. We enjoyed also the scented candle. So we order for two to take it home. We stayed for 2 nights and we would like to extend for another night however Feb8 was already booked. We enjoyed our stay so much. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended and would like to stay here again. 😍

The unit is as described. My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night, and I booked this unit because of its location and the reviews. It has a kitchen full of things you might need—plates, utensils, a kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge. Dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and a sponge are also provided. The freezer contains ice packs for drinks. The living/dining room comfortably seats four people. The owners also provided alcohol wipes and tissues. These may be small things, but they were important to me. The bedroom is spacious for two of us. The air conditioning works well. There's an electric fan in the living room, which can be used in the bedroom to cool the room down faster. The bathroom is just right for us. I really like that it is clean and there are plenty of tissues available. There are also many lights, allowing you to change the ambiance. There is a gated and covered parking space, which is really nice on rainy days. The owners are also friendly and nice.
