Monthly Rentals in Pangil

One of the places that is worth the price. Super linis ng environment and friendly ang host. I didn’t have any problem with my stay here. Highly recommended sa mga riders like us na papuntang daranak & batlag falls. Sulit talaga. If you’re looking for a place to stay n hindi mahal pero maganda , malawak at malinis, book nyo n guys. Hindi kayo magsisisi. Thanks po ate Ofelia for welcoming us and letting us put our things inside khit hindi pa oras ng check in.

All aspects are very good, but as a residence, the price is very expensive~

Place is not difficult to find, as place is along the highway and near a place that can be Wazed. Resort has ample parking space, able to accommodate 4-5 vehicles; place is secured and community is peaceful. Stores/mini-markets are easily accessible within few meters should you need to buy food, cooking ingredients or other stuff. Guesthouse is very pleasant and spacious, with 2 fully air-conditioned (cool) rooms and 1 spare room. We specifically liked the living/dining area, with a large dining table and couches around for gathering. The place has a fully functioning kitchen with cooking utensils and dinnerware for use. Pool is spacious and shaded, areas around the pool is also nice and cozy filled with plants. Resort has several showers/t&b, which we really appreciate before check-out. Overall experience has been great! Can confidently say that the host is "hindi madamot" (not selfish/not stingy), very nice and responsive to our queries. Resort is real value-for-money.

The place is okay, though we got a bit lost at first because the pin location on the app wasn't working with the navigation app. But JC was responsive and helpful. The place has parking and a TV for watching during a staycation, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit weak, and there was only a small trickle from the shower. The showerhead could also use an upgrade. If possible, it would be better to have hot and cold water, or if there's no shower, maybe just a larger bucket. Overall, the stay was great, and we really liked the early check-in and long check-out time at 2 p.m.!
