Vacation rentals with a pool in Panadura

Welcome to paradise. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and safe. With the best part about the place was Jagath , who was always there when you needed him. He is a very friendly and helpful person. A highlight was the tour of the garden where everything grows, from cinnamon,mangoes , star fruit and other exotic fruits. The pool and all the decor was very modern and luxurious. The place was the best on the whole vacation.

The villa is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located in a calm rural area. It’s a bit (50 min drive) away from everything from restaurants to shops and attractions. But the villa and its calm vibe makes up for it. And the pool is great. We highly recommend staying there a few nights.

A short stay at the villa went wonderfully, a good place to rest through the flight from Colombo to the house. Lalith took care of our comfort, and we could count on him when we needed something. Beautiful quiet place :)

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

Janith was extremely responsive and a good communicator. We initially stayed for 1 week and Janith offered us a great value for us to extend and ended up staying for 2 weeks. Janith ensures everything runs in order even though he's not physically available. Good routines on house and pool cleaning. Pool was a big hit for my kids. Accommodation exactly as shown in the listing. Walking distance to local fruit and vegetable stalls and Keells supermarket store. Not too far from Kaduwela highway exit makes it easier to get around. Overall very satisfied with the accommodation and especially Janith's effort to make your stay better. Will definitely be looking up if we're around this way.

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

Our stay at Villa Mandala was just beyond our expectations. The welcome from Yassi and Indika as well as their incredible kindness and availability made our stay the best vacation of our lives! We loved spending time chatting and sharing with them about Sri Lankan culture. The villa is very large and spacious, the garden and swimming pool a haven of peace. Our trip to Sri Lanka would not have had this sweet flavor without our hosts who we miss terribly! More than friends, we now consider them as members of our family so much they did for us during our stay with them! We sincerely hope to be able to return to see them soon!

We were now allowed to enjoy this beautiful villa for the 3rd time. Which includes excellent cuisine. The chef, Nileme, fulfilled all our requests and made and implemented great suggestions himself. It far surpasses the kitchens of the large houses on site. Lucky and akmal were the good spirits in the house and fulfilled all our requests. Thanks to the gardener, the facility was a feast for the eyes at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Sumudu was very responsive and friendly. The house was awesome and had everything we needed as a family to stay with a young child. I highly recommend this apartment for a family.

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

It is my second time stay at “Mystical Rose”. Mr. Wilhelm is a great host and made my stay felt right at home. Walkable distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is very quiet and has a great view of Colombo skyline from the balcony. Wilhelm communicated very well and also very proactive to intimate about power breakdown due to maintenance work. It is located at a very safe and quite gated community with 24x7 security. Great host.

It was a beautiful and clean place! Extremely spacious, probably the most spacious stay I’ve had on Airbnb. There were two bathrooms, which made it really convenient for four people and each of the bedrooms either has a queen or king bed, so definitely large enough to fit two people per room. She was also very responsive and got us an extra blanket when we asked. The AC in each of the rooms worked well and quickly, and there was a balcony in each room which had great views. There is a rooftop pool which is nice and the views from up there are gorgeous. There’s also security downstairs, which is reassuring. Overall a great stay!

I had a wonderful week-long stay at Seevali's beautiful apartment. Despite my flight being delayed and a very late check-in around 1 AM, Seevali went above and beyond by arranging for his caretaker, Jasintha, to meet me and hand over the keys. The apartment boasts stunning views of Mt. Lavinia Beach, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evenings. The location is perfect for beach strolls or relaxing with a beer or meal at the nearby beachside restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances and a washing machine, making it incredibly convenient for a longer stay. Both Seevali and Jasintha were always quick to respond to any of my questions, ensuring a comfortable experience. I would absolutely stay at Seevali's apartment again during my next visit to Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!
