brenna & garret were amazing hosts. the location and space was beautiful , very close to a lot of things . very spacious and clean , on the occasions we were both outside , they always greeted us and made small talk . we went when it was snowing & they shoveled the walkways for us , salted the area & even wiped the snow off our vehicle . they answer quickly and were very accommodating when our flight unfortunately got delayed and then eventually got cancelled so we had to arrive a day later than expected . definitely already planning the next trip and planning to stay here again . 1000/10 would recommend to anybody traveling to colorado !!

Michael is a great host! I would definitely stay here again. The house is nice, lots of space, garage, and easy to get to everything COS has to offer. 2 thumbs up. Thank you Michael!

We enjoyed our stay! We didn’t use the hot tub but it sure looked inviting! Plenty of room for everyone that came into town for an event. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would stay again

Staying at Katie’s place was fantastic. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants. The home was perfect from design to furnishings and everything in between. When my grandson is born in July, I’ll be back.

This place was amazing! We came with five children and my in laws and pups. This place was PERFECT! Tons of space and different living areas. Local restaurants a plus. Backyard to hang out with lighting. Front porch swing perfect for morning coffee and Mountain View’s. Large table for the whole family. Highly recommend!

Sue was a fantastic host. We loved the place, from the cute doggy room in the wall to the neat light switch covers! Her home was perfect for the people and the dogs! She was so helpful and friendly! 10/10 definitely recommend if you have pups or are 420 friendly.

Very sweet host! Awesome and safe location. Next to cute ice cream and coffee shops and also beautiful Colorado mountains! Hot tub was amazing and the home was so clean and cozy! Beds were all great and bathrooms were newly renovated and perfectly clean. It is a small house but it’s perfect for a cozy get away!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

We were attending a venue one block away, so it was perfect and we never had to use our car. It was cozy and well equipped. Wonderful cooking pots and pans. The couch/futon worked perfectly for us, providing us with our own private sleeping areas. When I asked about items I could not locate Christopher was prompt to respond and assist, like heat control and volume control for the TV. ( on side of Roku). Always pleasant and supportive. Both of us thought it a great place we could live in actually. Wonderful porch with multiple sitting options that would be great in better weather. Good sized tub for baths. We made a great choice to stay there.

This carriage house is lovely and very comfortable. Loved the apartment we stayed in and the bed was very comfortable! Great kitchen, and the French doors to the upper porch were my favorite feature. Lots of natural light and very quiet area. Excellent location for walking to restaurants, shops, and parks. The hosts made everything easy for arrival and providing a comfortable stay. Thank you Tim and Kris!

Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The view off the deck was amazing! Such a nice, peaceful place!

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

This place was perfect for a night in Colorado Springs, but it would also be great for much longer stays!

This place was amazing! Super clean and smells fresh new and clean. We absolutely loved staying here. It’s super convenient and quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots to do. A very exercise friendly community. Super market was right across the street and close to tons of different eateries. We hope to stay here again in the future. The only thing we would mention is the water pressure isn’t great but it’s not terrible. The barn door to the main bathroom is a little funky but we didn’t mind either of those things.

This is a beautifully remodeled place that was spotlessly clean. It was very comfortable and so adorable. This is a very nice place to stay.

Kira’s place was perfect! Amazing quite neighborhood with your own trail the GOG. Condo was exactly like she described it and even more. Well stocked, thoughtfully designed to enjoy indoors and outdoors! We loved the hot tub and the deck, where we spent quite a few hours enjoying the serenity of the space. Kira proved to be a great host. She always responded so quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We used her recommendations for things do and places to eat, which was fantastic, as it’s hard to navigate in a new area. Thank you so much!

Great space for our family of 6! Even though only 1 bathroom, pleased with the walk-in shower for seniors. We spent lots of time at local attractions ~10-15 min away (Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Spaces, Cog Railway, Manitou Springs shopping) and even made day trips to Great Sand Dunes NP, Capulin Volcano NM, & Royal Gorge Bridge. Each day we still had time to relax in the AirBNB, cook breakfast & a few dinners (including grilling steaks). Had a slight view of a mountain from one bedroom window, but as soon as you drive out of the neighbourhood, you have amazing views of Pikes Peak & just down the main road, Garden of the Gods. Austin was responsive and considerate of our questions and needs during our stay! Would come back or recommend to others 100%!

We stayed here for 2 months in between selling our house and the completion of our new house. The condo served us well for that purpose. All the amenities, laundry, kitchen, bath rooms, closets, garage and TV worked great and had everything we needed. Nice dining area with 6 seats. Shawna was very responsive when the garage door opener quit working and got that fixed quickly. We've lived in Castle Rock for 47 years and the location is very convenient to downtown and shopping. Although this is a large condo complex it's well kept and quiet. Pool was great to for the grand kids. They do allow pets in this condo so expect pet hair. Our only suggestion would be to replace the couch which was pretty tired.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Shelly's place. Nice location, a quiet place. The place is exactly as described.

Our flight coming in on the first day was delayed 12 hrs and our host was very understanding. The AirB&B was spotless and very very clean. Only thing I could say is if your booking in the winter and have an over weight bag keep in mind it’s 14 steps up and it’s VERY slippery when it’s ice. That ice was clear and it was very late and I just about fell backwards on the first step cause it had ice on it. But that was my fault lol it gave us something to laugh at for sure. Philip is a fabulous host I HIGHLY recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being so wonderful.
