Lake side house rentals in Palmer Lake

This place was 100% as advertised! It was so beautiful, and so comfortable! The hosts were very responsive to everything! If I am going to go to Colorado Springs, this will be the place I look for first! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

My husband, two children (8&6) and I wanted to get away for a weekend and Jacquie's place was the perfect spot. The house itself is incredibly cozy and has everything you need. We loved being able to see the lake from the house and it was an easy walk to get to and enjoy. Also in walking distance were restaurants, a small market and ice cream. Our host was incredibly responsive and had great suggestions on things to do. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and can't wait to go back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Chris and his wife were so kind and welcoming. The classic felt very private despite its proximity to other buildings on the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The place is thoughtfully decorated and felt so cozy and special.

Great stay! Located near the Charis Bible College. Clean, great coffee, towels and bedding. Not handicap accessible as garage is at the road and the home up a rather steep hill and stairs.

The view was amazing! The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Host also very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Really nice place with really nice folks. We had a blizzard last night (not kidding). One of the owners not only shoveled the driveway but also shoveled the steps down to the Airbb. I wasn’t expecting that at all. That’s going above and beyond in my book. I’m just finishing up my annual 2 month hiking trip and it was nice to come back from hiking to such a warm welcoming place. PS. The bed is VERY nice!

What an incredibly beautiful spot! We saw all the photos before arriving, but the lake view and surrounding pines blew us away. Cabin was adorable and cozy, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Kathleen was extremely easy to communicate with as questions arose. I would absolutely recommend a stay at their cabin!

Absolutely loved our stay here, I wish we had time to stay a few more days!! Lovely location, very comfortable beds, hot tub was awesome, we even went paddleboarding on the lake! Beautiful location and so relaxing. The Jacuzzi was so nice too, and the games and TV were perfect when we got too tired to run around. Very good location, and Joey was so communicative and friendly! Thank you so much! I'd definitely come here again. Oh, the only small thing that could be improved would be a couple extra pans for cooking and some parchment paper and such lol. I like to cook at places and there was only one pot! Other than that, it was perfection. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Gorgeous house in a private wooded neighborhood. Close to restaurants and things to do in monument, Denver and Colorado Springs. Great house for the price! Definitely a 5⭐️ experience!

We had a magical time at Trout Creek! The house and property feel very secluded, but it’s just a short drive to town for a grocery run or dinner out! We went out on a few day trips to enjoy some of the local attractions, but we mostly enjoyed staying on the property - the kids didn’t want to leave! They played in the snow, sledded, and tried a little ice skating on the pond! It was such a fun winter getaway!

We booked Aspen Lake cabin during the fall season and it was perfect timing. There were acres and acres of turned Aspen trees. It made for a beautiful backdrop and family photoshoot with our Iphones. The cabin itself it very roomy, clean and both rooms with a king size bed are big and have great views. It is nice to have two separate levels with living rooms. We did not need to turn the heater on as it was very warm during the day and cooled off just right at night. The only unfortunate part of the cabin was that the dishwasher may need some service as it did not wash the dishes properly even after rinsing them beforehand. Overall, it was a great stay for two families.

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

This place is very cute and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area! The only complaint I have is that there was no laundry detergent available for use.

stayed here with some friends to celebrate finishing vet school and it was absolutely incredible. the pictures truly don’t do the view and location justice. the house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. we all had the best time. couldn’t have asked for a better vacation

Kevin’s home is beautiful the pictures do it no justice. Kevin is an accommodating host and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to use the home again. The entire home was clean and spacious. I really felt at home.

We had a great time at the cabin. The place was thoughtfully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. Location was an easy drive to Castle Rock, but we spent most of our time at the cabin enjoying the privacy and beautiful views. I’ve lived here my whole life, but Colorado is still such a dream. We’ll definitely be back!
