Vacation rentals with lake access in Palm Jumeirah

The villa was very well equipped as it matched the description. The place was clean and has an amazing backyard for grilling purposes. Smooth check-in. The agent was friendly and responsive when we needed his support. Had a great time and would definitely recommend. :)

Property is located in a peaceful gated community (Damac Hills 2) outside Dubai City. I booked it for our family reunion with an infant. Overall very comfortable, clean and spacious townhouse. A full time resident cleaning personnel was an advantage. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Rented car is a necessity to commute to Dubai but groceries are within 10 minutes walking distance. Community beach/pool, gym etc. is included and we enjoyed it. Backyard patio is the best place in the property. The house has 1 wooden king bed, 2 bunk-beds for children and one queen air mattress. My family enjoyed the stay. Will book again.

The villa is situated in a lovely gated estate and its very quiet and we had everything we needed in the villa for a pleasant stay. The lake behind is lovely as is the heated pool. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Joe the housekeeper came every couple of days to clean. It was let down by the tired furniture, not what one would call luxury and the WiFi is bad. Belal did arrive with a new extender kit but it was near the end of our stay. The air conditioning was working well but did smell of mould upstairs. There is NO tennis court just a few steps away it must have been removed, the nearest court is a 7 min drive away. The nearest supermarket “The Spinneys” is a 25 minute walk. The Marina and Palm are a 20 min drive and the Burj Khalifa a 30 min drive. The places to visit in Dubai are amazing and I would go back and stay at this villa if the Wifi is sorted.

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

I really like this place, the host was very profesional and his place is amazing. When I come back i will definitely rent this place again. The view is amazing, I can cook and safe money because the bus stop is close by and also the meter station. The room has its own privacy with a key and the apartment is totally safe. I totally recommend this place. Furthermore, I took a desert safari offered by the host and the experience was incredible!

These apartments exceeded all my expectations! First of all, they were incredibly clean—it's clear the hosts take great care in ensuring their guests' comfort. The view from the window is simply breathtaking: you can see a large Ferris wheel in the distance, and in the mornings you can watch thrill-seekers making parachute jumps. The neighborhood is also very convenient, with several supermarkets nearby for all your essentials. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the main pedestrian street in Dubai Marina, full of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I highly recommend staying here!

It was easy to communicate with Tarik. Check in was very easy. Building is old and needs some updates. Apartment location is wonderful, in the best part of the marina, with awesome views from the balcony.

The place was great and very comfortable with an amazing view. I felt like home. The cleanliness was one of the most important features and it was up to the required level. All electrical appliances are available. Definitely come I will again. I highly recommend the place.
