Great place to stay in Dubai! Super modern apartment—stayed for a week, and it felt like home. Located in the middle of Business Bay, it’s really close to the Burj Khalifa—the apartment’s balcony has an amazing view of it, making it an excellent spot for a relaxing dinner with a fresh breeze. Elias has been a great host, providing excellent guidance and responding quickly to any inquiries. The only thing is that it can get just a bit loud in the morning due to traffic during the week, but nothing that ever woke me up..

We were on the 13th floor with a nice view of burj khalifa and the fountains in the distance. The apartment is the same as the description , the two bedrooms are large with good bedding. The equipment in the kitchen is perfect. We were able to take possession of the apartment before the time as we arrived early in the morning and we thank the manager for it. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a beautiful environment and close to burj khalifa.

This is my third time in dubai, and by far THIS is exactly what i was looking for. Best location, ease of access, super clean, magical marina view and a very helpful and friendly host. The place is so cozy that we felt as it was our own home! Mr. Kaiser and his friendly wife were super kind to explain everything and they were 24/7 available whenever we had any questions. Even though it is 500m far from the beach and the JBR residences marina side, the place is located on a very strategic exit that makes it easy to avoid the traffic, and in a blink of an eye you would be on your way on Sheikh Zayed road (which is a great advantage to anyone who knows how important this is). Will diffidently come back, again and again because it’s hard to find a match for this catch. ♥️

It was really close to Burj Khalifa and the place was also clean for the price and the software very very kindly. I really liked it. Obviously I will book another time if I go to Dubai.

very good location. Walking distance to the Burj. Park and playground in front of the building. coffee place and small supermarkt at grond level. Bright appartment and comforable.

Absolute prime location .. with Dubai mall just mins away by walking Highlights were the view and the immaculate apartment .. truly is a penthouse setting in a central position. We could even see the evening water shows at the mall from our window. The apartment is also set in the 30th floor so nice and peaceful. Would not hesitate to return again next time in Dubai!

Amazing view of Burj Khalifa from the apartment, clean , great location , nice welcome kit with water, coffee, tea from Qstay. Free parking spot. Close to Souq Al bahar and Dubai mall
