As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

What a gem! Choosing Nihal's place in Dubai was an excellent decision for our visit. The apartment was not just clean, but felt fresh and inviting. The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Luxury Arabian Ranches Villa on Pool and Park

We had a wonderful stay at La Kikanette! The villa was simply beautiful, and so tastefully done up. It was as good if not better than the pictures. We immediately felt at home. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We also adored our time in the glorious garden, making use of the brilliant BBQ. The fantastic pool and playground were just a minutes walk away which our toddler adored. Arabian Ranches is so lovely and a super friendly community. Kate was the most amazing host and so very welcoming. Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon!

We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Manish's home. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Manish and his family were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future.

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

FIRST CLASS Exceptional Penthouse Living in JBR

With the exception of the fact that the traffic made it extremely difficult to get out of JBR and cross the city quickly and the fact there are only two lifts up to the penthouse which means you spend a lot of time waiting for them, the flat was great! The views are amazing and the host was very helpful. All in, it was great, but definitely more ideal for someone wanting to stay in JBR rather than travel to The Palm, Downtown, or anywhere else in Dubai on a frequent basis.

We always book a hotel when we travel and its the first time i had booked an Abnb and it was great! I didnt expect it to be better than a hotel stay it had exceeded all my expectations, from a nice and clean place to peaceful sorrounding and a very responsive host, we got lucky. I would highly recommend this place esp for family with kids.

The place was just beautiful and exactly like how it’s in the pictures. I will definitely be booking this house again. ***Things you must know before booking this villa.*** 1. This place is 40 mins away from the downtown. 2. You must have transportation arranged as no public transportation is available from this area. 3. Careem taxi can be booked. However the ride cost will be high as it’s far from the downtown. 4. Community has Carrefour and food outlets. 5. Talabat / Careem food delivery is available. Once booked 6. Make sure the host has sent the guest registration details to the DAMAC Management team. And you are copied in that email.
