Such an amazing place on the beach and amazing host, great when you wanna get away from the city and enjoy nature. Just note that transportation could be tricky bring cash in case you wanted to stop a taxi at the road cuz sometimes you need to wait till you catch a bolt but other than that everything was amazing and peaceful 🙏🏼

We were greeted by Maria in person. Khatuna's place has what it takes to enjoy a few days by the sea and has an air conditioning in the bedroom that made it much easier for us to sleep in the hot summer days☺. It is very close to the black beach in a lively little bathing village in the middle of a small farm community. To enjoy the sea for a few days and as a starting point for excursions to the beautiful nature, it was perfect for us😊! Communication with Khatuna was very pleasant and we felt well taken care of☺!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Had a really nice stay. Both Natalie in messages and Nona at the place were amazing, helpful and quick responding. I was stay in the autumn and nature around the place is really beautiful. It was a really good place to hide from the city and civilization. Home is very cozy, it feels like hosts made it for theirselves. Everything was comfortable. I want to notice, that all my questions through the experience were answered. And any problem was solved quickly and with quality.
