Márcia's place is exactly as described in the listing. Very kind and helpful host. We presented the house and the rules of the place at the time of check-in. The hostess answered all the questions quickly and gave instructions about the region. My family and I were very pleased with the accommodations of our stay.

the house is excellent, we went in 11 adults and accommodated super well, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, all kitchen items ( blender/electric kettle/freezer and refrigerator/refrigerator/ items for barbecue), the pool is sunny all day, well lit, the cars stayed inside the lot and closed, has a washing machine and space to extend clothes, pillows and tbm sheets, microwave and oven in full operation, Huli was extremely attentive with us, as well as his Tbm parents, including providing a new ventilator, the house has a beach and a sun guard chair, we are super wills! We are finally back! the beach is super close ( you can walk) but we prefer to go on the Embaú guard that even with the holiday traffic we arrive in 8 minutes! access to the house is great just like the neighborhood! We really like to stay in Angela's place, she was very kind and helpful to us! The house is spacious and very well furnished, and the backyard is amazing, with a network and a beautiful view of nature! For those who like trails and adventures, in a few minutes you make a trail and leave in Guarda do Embau!! I would highly recommend this listing!

We were a busy group of 16, including lots of lively kids. The house was perfect for us, every family had their own space (specially bathrooms), which turned our living together easier. It is well equipped, especially if you like a good churrasco like we do. The location is great, walkable to the beach, with nice neighbors and safe neighborhood. The kids enjoyed their bike rides to the nearby ice cream parlor and mercadinhos. The outside area is not big, but comfortable. The stream behind compensates for it, as we had fun feeding the crabs and fishing (tentatively).

It was all wonderful, Anderson super solicitous responded quickly, the wonderful pool to the very well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom if you leave the door of the room open the house is well ventilated. We were very well taken care of.

The hosts were extremely helpful and solved any issues quickly. The place is simple but great, safe and friendly.

Jackson was super helpful, always responding very carefully and quickly. He was flexible with the check-in and checkout questions. The house is close to the beach, easy to access, in a quiet area with receptive neighbors. Many nearby Markets and food options. We hope we can relive the experience.

The space we rent is in a great location, not so far from the sea and has a market nearby. Great homes and appliances in great shape. In addition, cleaning and hygiene products, games and materials to take to the beach. Safe space, with BBQ and afternoon chimarrão penthouse. Great reception desk and guidance given by Jean.

It has a shared garden with many beautiful plants and flowers and 2 amazing cats. It has a very nice Wifi. Very good location, I will definitely return :)

Beautiful place in touch with nature. We'll be back soon. Very kind host who allowed us to enter before lunch to enjoy the day. It rained a lot in our stay but we still enjoy a lot. Everything was organized in the house and so we returned it. It is worth knowing this beautiful place certainly.

Sensational this place, the house is better than in the pictures. We spent a weekend taking advantage of everything the house had to offer, extremely clean and organized. The place is very well cared for. Seu Albino received us at the property and felt at home. Great stay!

It was GREAT!!! By far the best place I've ever been to rest and make a home office also the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, little monkeys, toucan and I enjoyed every little piece. The accommodation is very nice, quite private. The location is excellent, facing the Lagoa, as per the announcement. There are many restaurants close by and a grocery store on the same block. The shower is great and the kitchen is very complete. The washer and beach chairs available at the accommodation are the cherries on the cake.

It was a great stay. The house is super well-equipped and very well located, within a safe condominium and with a lot of contact with nature. Great for those who want to relax and spend a few days in great comfort.

It is a very beautiful place, with a beautiful garden, well cared for, good swimming pool, barbecue area and very good outdoor area. The house is cozy, has an internal barbecue, pizza oven and the kitchen has all the necessary accessories. We went in 16 people and we were very well accommodated.

The place is amazing, sleeping and waking up to the sound of the river and the birds is a unique experience. The house is excellent, equipped and spacious.
