The place is spotlessly clean and organized. It is well located, close to restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets, even has a small market within the condominium. It has availability of parking spaces to park the car. The condominium offers study room, gym, very comfortable leisure area. The hostess is a very communicative person, with great tips for walks, she has the wonderful Lucky (cat), well cared for and smelling. Super recommend it, it was an amazing experience.

The condo is very quiet and wide, a wonderful pool and a walking/running area. The apartment is very beautiful and the view of the White Stone is show! Churrasqueira is large TV, large rooms, mt good. The hostess is very kind and helpful. Woru msm!

Our stay was very good, the building is new and beautiful, the apartment is very nice, it is clean, airy and has everything in it, we stayed a week we felt like it were our own, and the view is beautiful too. The Neighborhood is great, clean, safe and quiet, and has easy access to the Island and other regions. Hosts are very considerate. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique and special place. Great hosts, easy to communicate with. Adriana was very friendly, and told us about the architecture of the house. She also let their two super nice dogs come over to play with my daughter. Great place to relax, plenty of outdoor space, and a cozy, magical indoor space.

We do not use it, but there is a gym available, with some appliances and a barbecue place. The road to get there is a bit of a bad road, but the responsibility of the municipality, the property is extremely well taken care of. Ivete and Evandro very attentive and good will with us.
