The place is spotlessly clean and organized. It is well located, close to restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets, even has a small market within the condominium. It has availability of parking spaces to park the car. The condominium offers study room, gym, very comfortable leisure area. The hostess is a very communicative person, with great tips for walks, she has the wonderful Lucky (cat), well cared for and smelling. Super recommend it, it was an amazing experience.

First did that I use the App, and first did that I went to Palhoça, so I had some doubts and Carina was super attentive and answered all the doubts, very friendly. Positivo Points, a very quiet place, with lots of green area, very quiet and very close to Guarda do Embaú beach. We leave the car every day at the inn and have always been ape to the beach. nearby market, various food options. Anyway, it was very apene.🙏🙌 Negative Points, sorry we have nothing to say. Suzanne is very friendly and has everything organized, clear instructions and communication with her is always very fluid. Except for an air conditioning that was not working in the living room and dining room, everything else was perfect and commensurate. I 100% recommend the apartment, the condominium where it is located is very nice, quiet, safe and with good facilities such as swimming pool, gym, temperate pool, jacuzzi, games for children and the best… a 24/7 convenience store within the same condominium. Campeche beach is just a short walk away and is ideal for families as it is spacious and quiet. It was a pleasure to rent the apartment with Suzanne.

This, undoubtedly, was the cleanest and most organized apartment we have already booked on the platform. It is well equipped, charming and in front of the beach of Campeche, just walk a few minutes along the restinga. The Thai condominium is ideal for those who like a good pool, gym and SPA. The entrance to the apartment block is very close to the garage, which is super convenient. Renata is an excellent host who has responded to all our requests and doubts with speed, clarity and kindness, not only during the stay but also throughout the booking process. We want to come back soon!

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.

Apartment well located , impeccable decor and well equipped environment. It has a wonderful bakery next to the complex . We followed the rules, but we did not attempt this detail about not receiving visitors. So, unfortunately, we can't receive anyone. We respect the rules, but we admit that the situation has made us uncomfortable.

Excellent stay in José's apartment. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Downtown and the beach fence. José is very friendly and attentive to everything to respond quickly. We would always come back!

Our stay was very quiet, close to the beach, the house is well furnished, the pool is very good.

We went in 5 to the house and accommodated us super well. The house is beautiful and wide (exactly as in the pictures), the bed is wonderful and the shower is very good. Paulo received us super well, helped us with several tips and responded to us quickly when we needed it. We highly recommend!!

We arrived and we were greeted with a beautiful afternoon coffee with fruit and juice. Beautiful house, cozy and with a nice swimming pool to enjoy the evening with the family! We will definitely return!!

House in a super quiet place. Easy to reach and very quiet to go to both Guarda and Pinheira beach on foot (small trail where it does not pass a car next to the house, so do not believe in the time on foot from the house to the beach proposed by Google maps, since the trail does not appear on the map: it is 15min walk to Guarda beach). Vicente and Vânia respond quickly and Vânia was available all the time to help us. We look forward to coming back :)
