The place is spotlessly clean and organized. It is well located, close to restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets, even has a small market within the condominium. It has availability of parking spaces to park the car. The condominium offers study room, gym, very comfortable leisure area. The hostess is a very communicative person, with great tips for walks, she has the wonderful Lucky (cat), well cared for and smelling. Super recommend it, it was an amazing experience.

We highly recommend Gi and Patrick's apartment! They were great hosts and the apartment was very complete. There's plenty to enjoy. If there is an upcoming opportunity, we will return.

Apt matches listing photos photos. It's actually more beautiful in person. Building and apt are new. It is at the end of a dead-end servitude and so it is very quiet. There is a pedestrian path where the journey to the beach is shortened. Around 5 min on foot to the beach. The apartment is wide, it has accommodated my family very well. We were among 4 people. It's on the second floor, so you need to climb a staircase. Limpeza ok. Good shower. Comfortable beds. And the air-conditioning was great as we took a very hot period. If there are 6 people, then a room does not have air-conditioning, as the listing describes. Some items were missing in the kitchen, but Francelle managed to arrange for us. It has a laundry machine and showers on the street to the beach. It is possible to park the car in front of the building. Francelle was very kind to provide us with a free night due to the lack of items in the kitchen. I also suggest an electric oven for baking. In addition, I highly recommend the location.

The apartment is great for a couple, clean and organized, with air conditioning. The kitchen was equipped, but we didn't cook because nearby had many options for restaurants and bakeries. The high point is the condominium itself, with pool and Jacuzzi, which we use every day. Also the beach is quiet, thin sand, plenty of space, few people. Deu to be very quiet and enjoy. And also, the beach has a protected vegetation behind, which gives even more tranquility.

The place is as nice as you see in the photos, very quiet and with everything you need, both in the apartment and in the condominium. It has water purifier, umbrellas and lounge chairs to take to the beach, place to leave two vehicles, etc. The pools are spectacular, the environment is very nice. 100% recommended

Very nice and comfortable apartment, but what highlighted was the condominium! The indoor and outdoor pool, very good and complete gym, sauna! It was great! We could have stayed longer. And Luiz and Janaina were super attentive.

First of all, Zenaide is a wonderful host. She is sweet, happy and very helpful. The place is fantastic. Every area has a relaxed feel and Zenaide’s decorative style is very peaceful. Our family of 5 with three young kids enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very well-equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent, everything is very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest has everything and is very good. Everything was excellent, we'll be back for sure!

The house is beautiful and super well equipped! Safe and super comfortable! The location is wonderful too. We located for the weekend of our wedding, which was in a place near the house, and it made us very much easier and happy! Guilherme always kind and helpful at all times. We will definitely return to live new moments and remember our great day too!

Excellent experience in all aspects. The hosts are exceptional people, the place is clean, wide, calm, just minutes from beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. No doubt I hope to come back several times! Artisanal cheese, fresh milk straight from the cow and the sweetest bananas I've ever seen! My small children loved it.
