Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Palhoça

The apartment has all infrastructure, washing machine, crockery, air conditioning. The building has a gym. We enjoy the swimming pool daily. Very well located in the great downtown area. Everything is practical, commerce, restaurants, markets, coffee…. Carla is very proactive, friendly and fast. We'll be back for sure.

Cristiane was an extremely host, always available to answer questions, the place offers a great convenience and practicality for those who seek comfort all in one place, my family loved the stay, I highly recommend!

Excellent location, extremely clean room and exceptional service!

Mr. Paulo helped us a lot when we arrived, as our flight was delayed and we were made at night. It was always pending. As for the apartment, it is very nice and just like the photos, the only thing is that the garage is a little far away and you have to climb several stairs of the complex and if it is raining you are going to get wet.

Everything was impeccable, the arrival, the reception in the place, the apartment, the comforts of the place, the area where it is located, we have nothing but words of thanks with Gabrielle.

My stay at Denilson's went great. The place was super clean, comfortable. and has everything listed and more. I was welcomed by Denilson's family, they even recommended places to go. A perfect stay if you are looking for a place in Florianopolis.

The complex where the apartment is is located is very nice, complete, safe. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. This is an important point: it is for quiet families, annoying noises are not allowed, couples or friends cannot be invited to a dinner since the owners of the other apartments are very jealous of the tranquility. If that is not an issue it is an excellent option. The gym is not allowed to be used. We hadn't read it in the description and we were a bit surprised, but everything ok. The setting is very quiet: although it is far from the beach, if you drive the garage is spotless, super safe and comfortable. That remoteness is more than offset by the comfort of the premises. It is next to a service station with a shop, a pharmacy, a coffee and a couple of very good restaurants. It's a place to go back to. The host is always attentive and friendly, and so is Josi.

We loved it, super comfortable, clean and well located. Excellent pool, downstairs shops, very nice restaurants! we went to all the beaches in the area, all spectacular!!

Great house, well located, with a very beautiful beach, practically foot in the sand.. We were very surprised. Not to mention that host Adalgisa, we rewrote very well, and without giving us the most attention, we just have to thank the hospitality.

Amazing view, beachfront, perfect for relaxing with the jacuzzi. The house is equipped and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is fixing the air in the kitchen and not putting cameras directly in the jacuzzi, one wants privacy. Everything is perfect and very grateful!

Ideal house for our family reunion. The house was spacious, well equipped, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal, away from the crowds. The pool area was perfect for those that weren’t up for the beach. The lounge room on the top floor served as the entertainment location with the added bonus of a billiard room, bar and tables for chatting. The house was absolutely perfect. The added bonus was the host. Janine went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A million thanks for your hospitality!!!!

My stay at Tatiana's place on Ferrugem Beach was exceptional! The house is simply perfect: quiet, extremely clean, spacious, new and very well equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Tatiana, in turn, is an unparalleled host; super attentive and always available to help with whatever is needed, making us feel at home. Without a doubt, I strongly recommend the house to all who wish to have an amazing experience on Rrugem Beach. I will certainly return for more memorable moments. Thank you, Tatiana, for everything!

Patrícia is a great host, requests, and kind. The place is beautiful, in the middle of nature and with a view of the lagoon. Well-equipped house, full kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice shower. The deck is a good observatory of the stars. I will return more often.

Of all the ex-homements I've had with Arbnb (and I have several), this IS the BEST. The house and landscape is so relaxing and beautiful , 'just being there is a vacation to be with your family. You have everything; comfort, accessibility, cleanliness, rest, beauty. The best part of the experience is the care that Fernando, Gabriel and Beatriz, the affitrions, put on the customer experience is the best. They provide an environment of familiarity, comfort and fantastic security, I feel that level of commitment that they have not only aims to make visitors leave with a magnificent memory of the place they manage, but of all of Brazil. I felt like a family! I recommend it 100%. I'll be back soon!

Great apartment in a nice quiet area. Full amenities, Claudia is a great host and very responsive.

The apartment is better than what you see in photos, super comfortable, clean and well located. It is equipped so you don't miss anything and you feel like in your home. The area where it is located is very nice and quiet, with shops ,supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The beach is 3 blocks away and is beautiful. Maria was super attentive and loving to us. We can't wait to go back!

It was a family trip, all adults. We were positively surprised, as the apartment was wider and more illuminated than we saw in the pictures. Rooms with super comfortable beds and with air conditioning. Gustavo provided us with extra mattresses that comfortably accommodated our family. Highlight for the space with BBQ. The location is perfect, with parking space and public spaces in front of the building – very close to the beach, and about 1km supermarket Imperatriz and the Open Jurerê. Certainly, a space we recommend for families, both adults and children.

Excellent!! The apartment is very good, modern, everything new and impeccable. It is very well equipped for long stays as a family It is in a very nice Jurere area with good walking access to the Open Shopping and easy to get in and out to other beaches and/or cities by car. The Best was Paula, very attentive and kind, when we were close to getting to the dpto we had an inconvenience with the car and she helped us at all times, even she went to look for us to be able to transport my family while I solved the problem with the car. We were passed on information about places to fix the car. Undoubtedly it is highly recommended and I will return on next trips to this very beautiful area of Brazil

The place was excellent, Monica and her husband are excellent hosts, always aware of how we were and recommending activities and places to visit. The apartment is amazing, matches the photos and even better. The amenities and the condominium are beautiful has exclusive exit to the beach and the security of the area is the best. The beach to which the condominium faces is the best and the cleanest in Florianópolis. If I visit Campeche again I would choose the same apartment again.

Our stay was great 😃 everything as it was on the listing and Rafaela was very attentive to everything. The place is extremely well located, practically standing in the sand. The spaces in the condominium are very convenient and very well clean and preserved. We very much recommend 😍

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.
