Monthly Rentals in Palermo

The apartment is very nice inside and clean, just as seen in the photos, it is very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and the whole is quiet. I recommend it if it has its own motorcycle or car since it is in a central point of Neiva, it has a shopping center with a success in 6 - 7 minutes walking. The price seems fair for what the apartment has to offer.

The apt is very nice, well cleaned, with everything you need to spend your stay. The excellent host is very friendly and helpful. We felt so good.

the only thing missing was a microwave. this was no big deal to me and my family however for future visitors it may be. this location is excellent just a few minutes away from the airport. there is a top of the line shopping mall just next door and lots of food vendors along the road. Maria wasn't excellent host stayed in contact with us throughout our two week visit would highly recommend her for future visits
