Vacation rentals with lake access in Padre Island

This home exceeded my expectations. As a first time renter, I will definitely be returning. Ramiro was very thorough with detailed instructions but incredibly accessible and so accommodating. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is so cozy and clean and the location is so peaceful!

Cesar was friendly and very understanding overall great experience and I definitely recommend!

Beautiful house that is decorated well. Plenty of room for guests. We had fun playing games that were provided!! The kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of seating to eat. Highly recommended by our group. It’s close to the beach and has a patio with all essentials!

This was one of our favorite stays yet. Spring break can be a little crazy in the South Padre area. We loved staying a little ways away from the action. The house was very private and extremely relaxing. It truly felt like a get away. They provided everything you could think of and everything we did not think of. ( A super cute area for our doggie family member). The house was organized and clean. The kids loved the games and sitting on the dock. Erica was very responsive with questions and helped when we needed to make a change in our reservation. If you see this property available I would jump on it!

What a great stay! We had six big guys from the north golfing on a rare weekend of cruddy weather. The house was a big hit and saved the day. Its simply lovely. Plenty of comfy sleep options and games provided. I thought the owners charges were extremely reasonable for an upscale area new build. The AirBNB fees tack on almost double unfortuneately...not on the owners at all...but still a very good value, even with the extra fees. Our thanks to Eric and Jenny. I highly recommend their accomodations.

Beautiful home, great location. We had 5 adults and 5 children, which this house accommodated perfectly! The kids loved being right on the water, enjoying fishing and swimming. The beach is just a short drive away, but we found it hard to leave the house with its great location and amenities! Bring some fishing poles and life jackets, you will love it here!

Clarissa‘s property is ideal for a weekend or longer stay. It is verywell-maintained, peaceful and pet friendly. The home is very clean and organized and has all the necessities. The large TVs are easy to operate and you can find most channels that you may want. The only downside is the path to cottage 1 is a little narrow and precarious for someone using a walker or a wheelchair.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

Diana was a great host, very responsive, I really appreciate that in a host. She has a great little coffee bar! Love that too!! The bathroom is clean and she has extra items, toothbrushes, mouthwash, toothpaste, and the bath towels are nice and fluffy!! I like that too! I felt at home because I had all the amenities I love , super tv set up in each room with cable and Roku. I would definitely stay here again! I love the pond there just across the street from her place and the ducks walking the area is so peaceful! Very very happy!! Also it’s a quiet neighborhood, even at night and I felt safe. Parking is a plus too, no hassles at all!!

Highly recommended, this place met all my expectations and more. Amado is extremely easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Really like the places really exact way from the pictures

We had a great stay! Our only complaints would be the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I understand this had nothing to do with Airbnb or our host, it was just a minor inconvenience. Also our balcony had 2 pigeons nested up in the lower corner. We were told to operate as normal, but sadly that was not possible with our pup. Both of these issues were communicated to me a couple days prior to our stay. I wish notice was given before paying the remainder of the trip, but also understand how that may not have been possible. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! The place was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Juan was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. The place was cozy and felt like home, would definitely come back in the future. The beds were super comfy. The pool and view with the resaca was very relaxing. Thanks Juan!

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

Communication: From the get go , Ruth and Fernando were proactive and explained everything in great detail. They never made me feel as if I was a bother contacting them. Both were helpful , kind , and couldn’t have asked for a better hosts . Location: It is minutes from South Padre Island and a bunch of restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is HEB, WalMart, more restaurants. The house is located across the street from a park. If you have kids there is plenty to do. Two pools and other amenities. Home: it has everything you need . I feel the only thing I needed was clothes. It’s comforting, clean and beautiful inside. Every bed was super comfortable. Waterfront is nice, we tried fishing but didn't catch anything, got a few bites though. Plan on staying there again. Excellent Hosts.

The home is super clean and cozy. All furnishings, linens, beds, bathrooms, kitchen utensils were fresh and seemed new. You can literally fish and kayak off the back deck. Strong WiFi if you need to get work done, a nice smart tv for rainy days, and a great place to watch a launch is just a few steps from the front door. To top it off the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Smelled wonderful when we walked in! Clean and convenient. Neighbor behind is close but the privacy fence was nice. We liked the private pool, the heater was out while we stayed but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a small family!!
