Our stay at Riad and Amy's place was amazing. The house was clean, has great amenities and was well-stocked with everything we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

This was an amazing spit with an amazing view and a super relaxing hot tub! The indoor vintage decor was super cool and hopefully I can stay again in the future! Do not hesitate to reserve your stay in this cozy home!

We had the best time here! We felt very at home. Everything was as advertised, it was so comfortable and homey and the communication with manzanita beach rentals was phenomenal. For myself, 2 kids and a dog it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was awesome. The straight shot walk to the beach was quick and easy and the wagon with chairs and sand toys was super convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in addition to the books and games available. The town is quaint and felt very safe. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay!! This house is in a lovely area looking out at the river and an easy walk to an Ocean beach. We loved the layout of the house and enjoyed most of its amenities, sand toys, fire pit, tvs, kayak, hot tub, etc. Julia was a very gracious host. She’s has an amazing online guide for your stay and is quick to respond to all questions. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles, and we welcomed the additions of lots of cozy blankets and heaters for the cooler month we were visiting. The house was also very generously stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We felt very at home and We are excited to visit again in the future.

An amazing house! Laurel made very thing very easy- checking in and out was very fast and Laurel was very responsive to all questions. Super cute and well Maintained hot tub and sauna, beautiful and we had the best weekend here! I would highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a very quiet setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The only irritant was the shower, it is very loud and creaky. It was a bit rainy during our visit, and there were plenty of inside activities provided by the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home and plenty of room for multiple families. The ocean view was amazing. The beach access trail is easily walkable from the home.

Wow, wow, wow. The space was perfect for our stay. The view was incredible, the pictures hardly even do it justice. They thought of everything, every convenience.

Our first time to the coast and we loved our stay! Great location, adorable home and neighborhood, and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our kids spent hours in the tide pools then warmed up in the hot tub. The home fit our family comfortably and was a great place to stay!

Cute and comfortable!! Walking distance to the beach. Tim is very responsive. Stayed for a girls weekend, perfect place for the 6 of us. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits.

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

We enjoyed the many beaches within a 10 minute drive!

it was wonderful, we spend a week in Oregon every year and there's never enough dish soap,paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, detergent, body wash ect. Also the bedding and towels weren't cheap which is important to us and the kitchen was the best full of everything you need. Great hosts and we all had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. The area is breathtaking! Comfortable beds, very clean, great ocean view! Side note: If you have knee trouble this isnt your place...LOTS of stairs. Absolutely would recommend this home!!

Tim and Frances’s place was great we booked last minute as we had some extra people show up to a retreat we were hosting at the coast so we had to switch gears and they were very accommodating. The place is really great for 2 people or two couples or a larger family. We didn’t use the sofa beds but the beds were comfy, shower/bathroom was clean and nice and the kitchen is perfect for a cozy yet open place with great appliances and plenty of fridge space. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend booking with them!
