Monthly Rentals in Pa Phai

This is really the best place to stay. And the best host. I haven't seen any bugs in a month. The pool is as big and clean as a 5 star hotel. The accommodation is also clean. Kitchen products are also ready. The house is very quiet and the air is good. It is a 5th floor accommodation with a great view of the pool. The 7/11 convenience store is about a 5-minute walk and the Central Festival is close, so it was very easy to live. Lastly, Pack host is the best host. The host is friendly and considerate. I would definitely come back to this place. I recommend it ~ ~

I loved this place it was perfect for my morning journal and gratitude list. such a lovely family. I got myself in a situation outside of residence I lost my passport and credit cards also 2 phones. Kao went our of her way to help me also Anthony who lives there. within 12 hours everything that I lost was handed in by various village people and kao help retrieve all items. absolutely speechless how much she and Anthony done for me also her father Abdul. from having my life taken away from loosing everything to having it all back is amazing. The people if the local villages also full of complete honesty and wouldnt except any money in return. I will be back for sure I felt so grounded there apart from mishap which was self inflicted outside of property. P.S. dint drink and drive maybe that can give you some explanation to what happened to me. Thanks again all those at earthstay XXX

I stayed at Nicole’s place for 3 months and absolutely loved it. This super-sweet studio is in a prime (but quiet!) location in Nimman, beautifully styled, exceptionally clean, and very safe. It had everything I needed to live and work nomadically - the table doubled up as my desk and the WiFi connection was great. Best of all was Nicole who made for the most wonderful and kind host. She shared fabulous local ideas and events with me throughout my stay, answered any questions immediately, and went the extra mile to help me feel at ease. As a single female traveller, her attentiveness was very comforting and reassuring. I would have stayed for longer had the studio not already been booked up. I cannot wait to stay at my home-from-home again 😊

Kiki and I flew over three hours to Bangkok and then another more than an hour to Chiang Mai.We don't like the kind of travel mode of the assault, we want a slow pace of rest.Bodge and Kanya's homestay were everything we imagined for this life. As soon as we were out of the airport we met the Bodge who was a funny little old man.We were in his car and headed towards his farm.Honestly, as the car gradually drives to the center of the countryside, we have some nerves in our heart and worry about the environment we will face.But when we arrived, we found that we were happy to be staying here. This is a pond-side log cabin-style homestay, right on the farm at Bodge.When I woke up every morning, it felt some cold.Not that kind of air-conditioning, it's a secluded part of the shade and the countryside.Kiki and I get up early, and we'll take a look at the large patch of rice on the farm and touch the dew in the morning.A large chicken has a couple of chicks.Bodge comes back from town on a motorbike with his dog, Coco, who runs along the way in sync.As if it were the king of this territory and his valiant knight. Lying on the balcony when it's okay, right by the pond, with fish spotting the water from time to time.The two lay together, blowing the wind, looking at the farmland in the distance, and occasionally one or two farmers catching the birds in the distance, afraid we were too silent and asleep.In the evening, there will be a cat drilling through the door seams to share the sunset with us. Good food too, thanks to Kanya.We had three breakfasts and two dinners here, and each one was very delicious.It not only meets the needs of Kiki for American breakfast, but also for people who like to eat pasta like me.A hearty breakfast with fresh fruits, coconuts from the farm, and hot green tea really makes it seem to me that even the bland breakfast is full of meaning. This was my first time traveling abroad and Chiang Mai was my first city to come to.It was great to be with my loved ones, it was great meeting Bodge and Kanya, and it was a pleasure to spend three nights at the cabin.
