We spent a lovely weekend in the house, there were several families with children, it was all there, well furnished. Had friendly contact from the beginning, everything worked out. Beautiful is also the park directly opposite or 10 minutes by car a small hike to the pickle stone, at the market - a few minutes walk - there is a great chocolate factory - everything is great! Beautiful location, Miroslav was very helpful and always quick to respond, this place is heaven, outdoors are stunning. Nice powerful hot shower, everything you might need for short stay is there. Only downside were those loud yelling, wall kicking kiddos in the middle of the night, but that's down to lenient parents, nothing to do with the host. This place looks very kids friendly so bare this in mind as the walls are thin. I would love to stay there for long holiday but preferably for a childfree season. Apart from this don't hesitate to book this place, I'm sure you will have a blast.

It’s been such a good stay - I was happy about the clean house and the quick help, whenever I needed it (for example: I forgot to take the house keys with me, but our host was quickly there to help us out!). The house has a very sweet garden with hidden little places where the kids played. They really enjoyed it. It’s pretty quiet around the house, and there’s shops within a few minutes (car ride), so it’s perfect for a calm but uncomplicated stay. We recommend this place!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and made excursions to Bohemian Switzerland from there. House was clean and cozy. There was even a fireplace and our dog was also welcome. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time staying at the property. Jana and Pawel warmly welcomed us with a plate full of treats as well as a bottle of sparkling wine. The accommodation is ideal for families with children. The game room is equipped with toys of different ages. There is a playhouse in the garden and toys/vehicles/sleds. Great!!! The pool is fenced and therefore safe for infants. The property was clean and superbly decorated. We used the fireplace daily.

We had a great stay at this place. Everything was as described. The house is off the beaten path and quiet. The sauna and hot tub were our highlight. What we found a bit unfortunate was that there were no basics in the accommodation such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil and rags. Fortunately, there are several shopping opportunities in 10 minutes by car. In addition, it was sometimes relatively cold in the house, so we would definitely recommend slippers and hot water bottles for the night in the colder months. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful weekend and would come back any time.

We had a wonderful time at Ondřej’s house. The house is very clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a large group, including our furry friends — we had three dogs, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is simply ideal: the surrounding nature is beautiful, and everything you might need is conveniently nearby. We’d also like to highlight the host — Ondřej is very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. We were more than satisfied and would happily recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Highly recommend staying here. We were a group of 6 and didn't feel crammed at all. The place is nicely decorated and pristine. The host was very nice, responsive and provided a lot of local recommendations. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful getaway at the den. The place was great and the surroundings invited you to great walks in the countryside. We would spend a vacation there again any time.

He described it far too modestly! You have an entire house to yourself with five beds, two great bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, 2 TVs. And last but not least, lives on the property a very nice, sweet Golden Retriver! I was there with a dog and both got along great. Parking in the yard.

We had a lovely time in Waitzendorf. We were greeted directly by our hosts in a friendly way and they were very likeable. Hiking trails are close by and we were surrounded by land and nature . The tavern across the street invites you to a good meal if you don't fancy cooking. The kitchen is well equipped and the attic was a highlight for the children. For older , not so mobile guests, the attic is not a good sleeping alternative, as the stairs are very steep. We were 6 adults and 2 children . It's ideal for the crowd. Great house , friendly hosts ! Thanks a lot !

We stayed with Enrico as a family with three children (9/8/1) and had a very nice stay. The house is old and simple but you can tell how much love is put into it. For tall people, however, some bumps are pre-programmed... Communication with Enrico was straightforward. The location is also great, where you should be mobile for larger activities in all directions by car. However, it is also very nice on site for a family walk. Thanks for the nice week

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Check-in was super uncomplicated, the amenities leave almost nothing to be desired and we immediately felt comfortable. Absolutely recommended! The communication with the host was also quick, clear, and straightforward.

It was amazing! The house is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you need (and by this I really mean everything - which is pretty rare for a holiday house). We didn’t meet Zofie in person but the communication was easygoing and friendly. Big recommendation!

Really lovely home to stay in, great equipped kitchen and a beautiful atmosphere. The garden is big and nice, we really felt at home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only minor critic would be the fridge, that was not 100% percent clean, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and a warm welcome from the staff. Also the cat outside is really cute.

We had an amazing stay at Pavel & Simona's house. It's modern yet homely, thoughtfully and tastefully equipped with everything you could need. We especially loved the fireplace, which made our evenings in snowy Jizerky extra special. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice about the best local skiing areas. Would love to return.

Truly a wonderful place. Four houses next to each other, but very thoughtfully built in such a way that you have privacy and no one is disturbing each other. Gorgeous views on all sides, balm for the soul. The neighborhood is just beautiful, a short walk to the forest, by bike (you can get on the house and in a while you are at the singletreek under Smrkem). A harder mattress, which works for me, great pillows, the amenities of the house are very high. The house is not the best soundproofing of the rooms, it's just a wooden building, but that's probably the only thing that can be mentioned in the shortcomings (if someone were massively snoring or crying children, you can definitely hear between the rooms, but probably when you go to a smaller property together). Overall a really beautiful house in a beautiful place, with a wonderful atmosphere inside and around.

We were looking for something quiet for New Year's Eve in a group with dog. Luckily, the whole country was under a frozen layer. Everything looked like in fairytale, white and frosty, for 3 days. We immediately felt at home and the amenities were nice and clean and in the cottage style as we like it. Shopping was possible with the car nearby and the place was super quiet on New Year's Eve. Above the field you could see the other villages at 0:00 am, which was still not too noisy for people and animals (we are coming from the city). Everyone was satisfied, gladly again ❄️✨

Great relaxation, romantic

Very nice house in an absolutely quiet area. Great view from the living room into the winter garden. We enjoyed the Christmas holidays in the beautiful house by the comfortably warm fireplace. The dog also felt comfortable. You can make great hikes through the woods directly from the house. Many thanks for the hosts:-)
