We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

We had a magical time staying at this quaint little house outside of town. Within seconds of parking the car, the horse next door stuck her nose over the fence to say hi to our 5 year old daughter who was over the moon to meet this gentle giant. She spent every moment available petting her nose and feeding her bits of grass. The house is super cozy and well stocked with kitchen items (pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc..) all the things needed to feel right at home. We even bbq’d on the patio. The house is in a rural area, plenty quiet and beautiful with a well stocked market 5 minutes toward Santa Paula and the town of Ojai 10 minutes in the other direction. Beds and couches are comfy, plenty of sheets blankets and towels available. Angela was super friendly & responsive if anything extra is needed. The WiFi worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at this location. The beach was just down the street and made for a perfect evening outing. We also took day trips out to the Channel Islands which was only about 15 mins drive from the house to get to the boat dock. The house was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was nice and open and had everything that we needed. Aaron was very responsive to questions and was very helpful when we left something behind. I would highly recommend!

The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. me and my girlfriends stayed at Todd's place for my bachelorette party last week. we loved it! we spent a ton of time in the pool and lounging in the gorgeous front lawn. the place felt safe and was the perfect size for our group (8 people). when we had some issues come up with the place, Todd was immediately responsive and made things right,.ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again. thank you Todd!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. I usually rent a cabin somewhere in the mountains with my best pup once a year for a quiet girls weekend. This year I was hoping for something more local and stumbled upon this gem of an experience. What a beautiful place Murray and Kay have. The property is easy to find and Murray was right there (with their horses) when I pulled in. The Airstream was fully equipped and I really didn't feel like I was deprived of any creature comforts. The solar battery was enough for my couple of devices to charge. Hiking trails right outside the door and views for days. One of their horses even made it up the mountain one night to say hello. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets, linens and towels. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again.

wonderful home right in the middle of all the thousand oaks area action. walking distance to restaurants. lots of room for any family indoors and outdoors.

We enjoyed our time in Ventura and this house was in a great location. Very close to all the areas we were visiting. Very cute neighborhood. The house was definitely as described however the remodel workmanship in the house was a bit haphazard and lacking in quality finish details. Still we had a good stay and I would recommend!

We loved our stay here. My wife loves mid century modern and the place was true to form inside and out. The minimalism was awesome and perfect for across the street from the beach. Pleasant change from the mansions and townhomes. I surf so suiting up in the garage and very brief walk to sand was great. Not many people around even better. Oxnard is our favorite getaway and this place was perfect for laying low and enjoying the beach. Go eat at Freddy's Pizza and order cheese sticks - old school Oxnard and so good!

Had a wonderful peaceful stay at the cozy cottage. I was staying over Easter and the real Easter bunny visited in the back yard! Great bucolic retreat from a hectic work schedule. Would return and recommend this one for romantic getaway, cooking and al fresco dining, lounging in the shade and finally writing that script or novel you’ve been contemplating!

We had a hard time leaving Rachel's place. It was absolutely gorgeous, so comfortable and the beds were like a dream. Every little detail of this home is picture-perfect! We arrived to the soft sound of beautiful music streaming from the TV and she left our little dog some delicious snacks - truly heartfelt hospitality. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and took advantage of Rachel's excellent restaurant recommendations (Social Tap and McConnell's were DELISH). We were in town for the Cowboys training camp and went to the beach afterward, both of which were quick, 15-minute drives. It's the perfectly located home! We will most definitely be back. The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.

I’ve stayed at “studio a” a few times and it has never disappointed. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is next to many amenities such as the mall, Targets (yes, 2 targets within a mile and a half) and Trader Joe’s down the street and also the restaurants all around. Ann was a great host, she was prompt and assessable if any questions would arise. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this RV camper in Santa Paula and it was absolutely beautiful exactly what we needed to escape the city. The space is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and so thoughtfully set up. At night, the fireplace adds the perfect cozy touch, and listening to the frogs and crickets felt like they were all singing in harmony. We left feeling refreshed and connected. We’ll definitely be coming back!
