Monthly Rentals in Over-The-Rhine, Cincinnati

Overall this was a very nice apartment! Clean and matched the description very well, more than enough space for 2 people. Could be dusted a bit more, and some fixtures need tightening. You will have to pay to park everywhere and the nearest garage is $20 a night. It’s within walking distance of lots of fun activities and restaurants, however we felt extremely unsafe to walk anywhere. We felt very safe inside but to get to downtown and almost anywhere you need to go through a sketchy part of town. Hosts were very responsive and helped us with any concern! As long as you’re ok with paying to park and driving most places this is very worth it!

This is our second time staying in this apartment and it won’t be our last. Elizabeth is the sweetest and VERY responsive. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to the Great American Ballpark. Very affordable and so cozy. Highly recommend booking this spot for a couples weekend in The Queen City!

Chris and Chris are wonderful hosts and on top of it!! The apartment is lovely and bright and very private. It was a wonderful place to work- good vibes and very convenient to downtown and Hyde Park, Christ Hospital, and Mt Adams. It’s a great spot. But please note it is a 2 floor walk up!

Fantastic property in a great location. Madison has been a wonderful host, I look forward to staying here again
