Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Our family warmly invites you to experience a stay in our tiny home, Sea La Vie. Centrally located in Rodanthe, North Carolina on Hatteras Island. We hope you will find Sea La Ve to be as charming and cozy as we do. Swanyay is a little nest of heaven tucked away just minutes from the famed NC Outer Banks beaches and attractions. On the property there is ample parking, even for a boat if you want to bring yours. Swanyay is a stand alone home next to ours that is full of Coastal Farmhouse charm thru-out. Outside is a huge deck for you to enjoy while relaxing during the day or star gazing at night. We have a 43" smart TV, wifi, games and cards.
