Lovely location and the Swan pub near by, the food is very good with excellent service. The flat is very well equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. And tastefully decorated and with lovely furnishings. The attention to detail on what's in the flat is very good. From DVDs, books, puzzle's and the kitchen utensil's. We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse! There was enough to do for two weeks and plenty of space for five adults and a little one. We loved being able to cook fresh fish in the well stocked kitchen and the many different walks from the door - we barely used the car! The ~35 minute walk in to Southwold was lovely and other day trips such as Aldburgh and Dunwich were less than 30 mins drive. Walberswick was really nice with good pubs, gift shops and beach. There is a local coop and deli for fresh bread and all the essentials we needed. All in all this was a fantastic flat in a phenomenal location, the perfect dose of fresh air and nature for a two week "pottering" holiday and our first time away with the baby. Rosemary was kind and responsive, thank you for sharing such a special home with us!

Had a lovely 3 nights in Norwich (just before the second lockdown, so great timing!) - the apartment was spotless and in a great location! Really easy to find and parking ideal. Perfect for couples.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Lucies please, a modern stylish home with everything we needed whilst working away, lovely quiet street as well, we also made use of the great hot tub a couple of times during our stay, will stay again

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

Great location close to the boating lake and kitchen cafe, a short walk to the pub. Really nice relaxing view over the tennis court and village from the balcony to enjoy a drink after a busy day. Has everything you need. An upside down house and the bedrooms have shutters so we all got a good nights sleep. Good sized kitchen and open plan living area with the balcony upstairs. Would stay again.

The perfect stay for a girls weekend. Very well equipped & a beautiful space. Highly recommend!

Thimble Cottage was compact but had everything we needed and made for an excellent stay; only a short walk from the beach and easy access to the amenities we needed - with very good, fresh fish and chips at the end of the road perfect if arriving later on in the day. As was described (and we were aware of in advance), the staircase at the cottage is particularly steep, so it could be awkward if you have impaired mobility or balance but this did not impact our stay and formed part of the cottage's unique character.

The flat is lovely and had everything I needed (the sofa in particular is incredibly comfortable). It's an easy walk from Norwich station but is also on multiple bus routes. A generally really good stay and I'd definitely book in here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Helen’s place ( for good reason- is excellent!). Absolutely immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Helen was always responsive to any queries. Great location in centre of Stalham- highly recommended.

The flat was spacious, pristine and immaculately clean. Everything felt brand new. The bed was very comfortable (firm enough for my bad back) and the shower was hot and high pressure. Craig sent detailed instructions and was very helpful in responding when we struggled to find the entrance (the entrance to Flat 2 is at the rear of the building).

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

A gorgeous flat! Living room/ kitchen was full of natural light from the massive windows and the sofa was the comfiest I’ve ever enjoyed! Robert was super responsive and helpful the whole time we stayed. All of Norwich was very walkable and having a parking space was super convenient. Thanks for having us!!
