The Ottawa River was nearby and it was a peaceful atmosphere. There was also a swimming pool in the house, and I thought it would have been nice to be able to enjoy it in the summer. The house was spacious, the facilities were very nice, and the host responded quickly and kindly. It was a good experience

The place was super cool. I went in the middle of a huge snow storm and it was nice and warm. There is a large space heater. The owner snowploughed the driveway so that we could remove our cars in the morning which was very kind of him. Lots of extra towels. It was a lot of fun.

Thank you for sharing your lovely, well appointed, character home with us Renee! Our stay over the long weekend was everything we had hoped for. We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! The children loved the pool and the adults all welcomed the evening hot tub. The flower gardens and pots are stunning. Thanks also for the lovely welcome gifts. We were very spoiled! Erin & Sadiq’s place was perfect for our family stay. They anticipated all our needs, especially with a baby and even provided a crib, high chair, kid dishes and utensils and all kinds of games and toys. The place is pristine and fully loaded with amenities. Erin was so responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay.

From the moment I inquired about their house, they were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We had a prolonged stay to watch World Juniors hockey and had two families staying at the house. It was great that the basement had two bedrooms and a full bath with their own living room. It helps to have your own space sometimes! Every amenity and kitchen tool you can think of was available. The hot tub was a great addition after we booked! Everything was clean when we got there and very easy to checkin. The craft room was a great feature! There was a great selection of games to choose from as well! Would highly recommend staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Very nice warm welcome! The place is spacious and very clean. The high ceilings allow us to forget that it is a basement and it feels very good We really felt at home even as a large bowl of fruit had been left for us with coffee! The host is very courteous and caring. Very great flexibility in terms of parking space, among other things, during the storm and it was very appreciated!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!
