I would recommend Magali’s place, it is a nice bright spacious home with comfortable beds and many amenities. Magali was always responsive and her home impeccable, we would go back.

This was our second time staying here while visiting family in Gatineau. It is a very quiet, clean and comfortable space with easy access to Ottawa and the highway. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Excellent location and perfect for families The accommodation is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to all the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the living room and kitchen area are ideal for relaxing as a family after a day of exploring. We stayed as a group of six (two families), and everyone was very impressed with both the place and the nearby sightseeing spots. Highly recommended!

I visited Ottawa for my cousin's wedding and marks place was perfect because it allowed me to host a few of my other cousins who also came from out of town for the wedding. It was very spacious with 3 bedrooms ( including a basement and a mattress topper) which was very considerate. we also had full access to the kitchen ( with our own food offcourse) which was great and really allowed us to have a great time with one another. The wedding went great and on check out we bumped into Mark who is so so gracious ( and is something of a national hokey hero- but don't tell him we said so) LOL! Thank you mark looking forward to staying over at your place again if we are in the area!!!!

We had a great stay at Mary Anne's as a result of some insurance work in our home. Being from another part of Ottawa it was a pleasure to explore this neighborhood and the nearby Experimental Farm. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet home in a walkable area.

What a great place to stay, nice location on the water. Not a modern house, but the comfort and location make up for it. There was a musty smell, not sure if it was the moisture (its been so rainy) residual smoking smell or pets. The house was very clean otherwise. Natasha is very responsive with any questions and provided a binder with things to do and information on the area. Location is great for us, we are planning to stay next time in the area. Very convenient with travels with our dog. Easy check in and Out, good sleeps, recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay. Peaceful and comfortable—makes you feel at home. Walkable to Whole Foods Kettleman’s Bagels and many other lovely spots in the Glebe neighborhood. A real gem!

Perfect little spot that was super walkable: 25 minute walk from Carleton, 20 minute walk to the grocery store, river walk right out the door, and many shops, cafes, and restaurants close walkable as well. Quick to get a Lyft to the airport. Loved the bathtub.

Great place to stay. Sonia was very proactive with her instructions for entry. Washer and dryer was a nice touch as we were traveling and it allowed us to clean our clothes. Would stay there again!

Patrick’s home was a perfect space for my family and I during a week long stay in Ottawa. It was in a quiet but great central location, right across from the experimental farm and close to anything we needed. The home itself was stunning, thoughtfully designed and perfect for a family to stay with everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This unit was spacious and very comfortable. In addition to the 4 guests, we hosted a half day work meeting and the space accomodated the working meeting for 8 quite well. Located within walking distance to Byward market we found plenty to explore as well as supermarket and dining options. The nearby park, steps from the property, was a real highlight that will satisfy walkers and runners alike. The host was super responsive and friendly. We would certainly stay there again.

We had a cozy one week stay at Peter's sweet home. There was plenty of room for five of us, comfy beds, and we felt right at home in the living room. The yard, even in winter, is bustling with birds! The location is ideal! A quiet, established, treed neighborhood very close to the canal - easy access to walking/biking trails. the Glebe, Lansdowne, Old Ottawa South. Very walkable! And we were treated to Ottawa's New Year's Eve fireworks right at the end of our street! We loved our stay at Peter's and recommend it highly!

Great place! 4 adults, 3 children. We skied at Camp Fortune 3 days and visited a museum on the fourth. Pictures describe the place very well. Kids played in the huge backyard. We also went for a 2 hour walk on a trail nearby. It’s a house with character, and can be a bit draughty in some places, and also is unevenly heated. That was our only issue. Nice showers and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good lighting. Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. Mud room large and convenient. We would definitely return. Thank you!

The location was incredible - literally minutes away walking distance from the main area with restaurants and cafes. The house itself is very bright and spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing central location in Gatineau. From the house it was a short drive to the major downhill and cross country ski areas, Wakefield and also to Ottawa itself. Our host was extremely nice, provided clear instructions and was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Highlights of the stay were a really great backyard with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was very well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

A great property. A very responsive host.

Pierre’s home is lovely and well appointed. It was exactly as the photos depict. The home was spotless upon arrival and Pierre was easily reached to answer any questions. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. It was nice to be near nature but also near amenities and a short drive to downtown Ottawa.

My family all enjoyed their stay at this homey cottage. Loved the close proximity to the river. The back yard, being fully fenced, was great for our dog. We enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit outside in the evening. The kitchen & bathroom were clean & fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighbour’s were very friendly, the hot tub was relaxing & Pierre was very quick to respond to my questions.

Emily’s house was a dream and is highly recommended. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 10) spent a week at Emily’s house while in Ottawa to help out a family member. We were so grateful for Emily’s hospitality. As we were there during yet another wave of the pandemic, coupled with virtual school, we were basically in lockdown at the house - it could have been a very unpleasant week. Instead, it was truly wonderful to have Emily’s beautiful home to feel grounded in. The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as represented in the pictures, and we were struck by the attention to detail. The communication with Emily was perfect. After a week in the house, we joked about staying a week longer! There is no doubt that we will return.
