Eliana and Michele are one of the best host I know. My gf and I were the first time in Italy and saw their offer. We immediately fell in love and wanted to stay there. Eliana is very friendly and helpful regarding everything and so lovely. The pictures are very accurate, however even better in real. We were flabbergasted about the location and (be aware to drive the last 500 miles carefully, a care with not too low height is recommended) we‘ve been greeted in person and showed around - very warm welcome + their lovely dogs. If we had questions, Eliana und Michele were quickly responsive and we received local recommendations. The experience was very unique and we‘d love to come back!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Once again, staying at Carme's beautiful apartment was a perfect experience! This is our second year in a row (attending the Cosmoprof Trade Show) staying at Carme's and the experience, once again, couldn't be better. Carme is an absolutely perfect host; friendly, accessible, accommodating and informative. The apartment is spectacularly clean and beaufifully decorated. Everything you need is there and there are always lovely little touches to be found throughout. Returning for this second year, felt as though we were "home" and visiting family. Highly recommend!

Claudia and Aldo are very warm hosts who were always available to us with questions about restaurants or parking in Bologna and prepared a great stay for us. The apartment is quietly located and easily reached by car. The lockable underground car park is large enough for a VW Touareg. The apartment can be reached via an elevator. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the pictures and very well equipped. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The sofa is very comfortable and the balcony is equipped with seating. The bathroom is also excellently equipped with plenty of towels, toiletries and hairdryer. The water was hot (which is not always a given🙈). The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the bedding is very pleasant. There are more pillows and blankets in the closet. The apartment is equipped with electric blinds. The apartment door has an additional security lock. You feel very safe.
