Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. Apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both businesses or individuals. Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Nice newly renovated loft apartment

Take a break and unwind in this cozy loft apartment overlooking the neighborhood. Here you can sit and enjoy the sunset. It is only 2 km to Vågsenteret, a small shopping mall with a grocery store, wine monopoly, pharmacy, etc. There you will also find Østmarka golf course. At our place you can borrow a canoe and paddle on Vågvann which also goes over to Langen. There are several campsites where you can stop and take a break. 4 min to the bus that goes to Oslo, Ski and Lillestrøm. You are right by the forest and good hiking trails.

A cosy loft apartment, 40 m2, with one of the best locations right in the hearth of Oslo - with the very best seawiew and sunsets right from your sofa. Short walking distanse to the Oslo sentral station, Royal Castle, Opera and harbour- area. Here you find the very best restaurants, shopping area, clubs&bars. The flat is in the 7.th floor , with french balcony. Wonderful sunsets. Roof terrasse in the 8.th floor, with 360 degrees view . Elevator in the building. Coffeshop in the first floor.

Leiligheten er et romslig loft. Her er detaljene designet av nordiske arkitekter, i en skandinavisk stil for koselige kvelder og arbeid. Stuen er stor og luftig med sofa og spiseplass. Her er det loftsvinduer og autentisk treverk i taket og heltre gulv. Soverommet er romslig med en stor komfortabel seng og en praktisk kjøkkenkrok. Our apartment is situated on a quiet courtyard near: the fiord, high end shopping, fine dining & cozy cafés. There are two separate bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds.
