Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Oscoda County

Wow way off the road my kind of getaway we weren’t bothered by anything or anyone. If your looking for peace and quiet this by far the best Airbnb I’ve been to and the place is brand new and very nice.

Great little cabin! Beautiful scenery and very peaceful and quiet area. The airbnb felt cared for, everything looked nearly new and in great shape. Had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts were very detailed and responsive. I would most definitely choose this Airbnb again, but hopefully for longer next time! Thank you.

Carreena's place was easy to find, easy to check in - out. Well organized and clean. The kitchen was small but a good layout with new knives, pots & pans, everything you need less a Keurig coffee machine, but she had a coffee pot style machine and coffee! We had a 20' boat that she was able to accommodate easily. Great area! Tons of wildlife and close to the Au Sable river. We had a great time. We will be back!

This cabin is the perfect getaway for any type of vacation. The cabin is spacious and very welcoming. Easily accessible and the hosts are very responsive. The town is the one of the smallest towns I’ve been in, but contains the most friendly people. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a getaway. Great access to atv trails and many amenities local.

Spacious and well-kept home at a very nice price! Located in a quiet neighborhood near the Ausable River and close to everything in the cute town of Mio. The home had everything we needed and was spotless. Thanks so much to our host for the great communication. Looking forward to returning.

I stayed here for a wedding and wanted some private and quiet time around the events. It was fabulous. Sitting on porch talking to a friend or reading, the bed in the loft helped give me two of my best nights sleep in a long time. Would love to return for a longer time and just chill Went to the Villager in Lewiston for breakfast. Great service and food. Closes at 2 and cash only.

Perfect location for our group sxs ride! Well stocked kitchen, clean, awesome bonfire pit, & very comfortable beds.

Was well worth the cost. Very private and quiet everyone and surrounding areas, maintained their property and kept themselves. Was a great area to go for walks with the pup. If you’re looking for the middle of nowhere, quiet night and a place like home comfortable, this is a place to be. lots and lots of places for kayaking, swimming and fishing. If you’re outdoors, you must go here.
