This is instantly become my favorite Airbnb. Such a wonderful and beautiful experience. It’s an absolutely fantastic location while also enjoying the aspect of privacy. This will definitely be my go to anytime that I have to come into Orlando!

Dave and Nadia were very accommodating. Quick response to any of our requests. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to numerous dining options.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! Exactly like the photos. The house was spacious with a lot of amenities! Total of 6 adults and 1 kid for our stay. More than enough beds for everyone and lots do for entertainment in the home. Highly recommend for a large group and/or kids. Location was great; within 10-15mins from restaurants, stores, and downtown.

Sarah was a very engaging and responsive host. My family enjoyed the place, the kids loved playing pool and swimming in the pool. Would definitely recommend

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

Ashley was a great host, her place was great for a family or large group. It was pleasant that it wasn't right on a main road, as it helped keep noise to a minimum, but close enough to a couple of main roads, which made it easy to get groceries or food. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Very cozy, wonderfully private and no issues at all. Had a great time relaxing for the weekend so close to downtown Orlando. Will most definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay with their partner in the downtown Orlando area. Bed is very comfy, kitchen is cozy, and all amenities listed are available to be used. Tamika was a fabulous host! Best we have ever had. Extremely friendly, flexible and very responsive. Her home is absolutely beautiful and just as welcoming as the host. Everything was extremely clean. It exceeded our expectations for our family weekend. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The house’s access to the walking/biking trail was great, the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for daily swims, and the house itself had everything we needed (the well stocked kitchen was amazing!) Adrea and Justin were super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, close to attractions, and stocked well with necessities. Chuck was very responsive to any questions during the process and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. I would stay here again as we had a wonderful stay on our family trip to Disney.

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

We (my husband and 2 children) loved staying at Frank's airbnb! In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is in a great location - just a 5 minute walk from Fresh Market for groceries, great restaurants, and right next to the Dinky Line trail for morning walks/runs. The place was spotless and bigger than I thought it was going to be. We had everything we needed and check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. We definitely hope to return again! Thank you!

Jonny's place was lovely. He clearly puts a lot of effort into it. He was extremely helpful, responding to questions almost immediately. My family and I would be happy to stay there again and we highly recommend him.

We just left after staying for 12 days and it definitely felt right at home. Monique was always very responsive and even came to bring a pack and play and high chair for my grandson. Any concern I had, it was answered and taken care of. I would recommend this place.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

My family and I had a great stay ! My two small pets were welcome which was great because leaving them at home would’ve made us worry. There are many restaurants nearby which is amazing! There is an aldi’s, Walmart, and Publix nearby as well ! The house is ever big and spacious ! There’s a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as 3 bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs is carpet. We had a great family vacation ! There are some cameras outside in the front and back, but we felt very safe and like we had our privacy ! Truly a great host thank you !
