Monthly Rentals in Orinda

Our second stay at Fred’s place. Well maintained and squeaky clean. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful large bathroom with heated floor and heated toilet seat. A few minutes drive from Orinda Village with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Extremely responsive host. Hope to return in future.

Justen is an excellent host - very prompt and easy to work with. We had a number of requests during our stay for miscellaneous items such as extra light bulbs, paper towels, etc. Justen would always provide the items quickly. Any maintenance issues with home items (stove, thermostat, wi-fi, etc.) were promptly handled. We would definitely plan on staying there again if we need to be in Orinda in the future.

Quiet private, porchy room off pleasant patio and garden. No kitchen or TV and bathroom is small and separate, but space is very comfortable. Tracy is very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful place, very quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful outdoor space too. The upstairs living room/ extra bed was very convenient when one of us got the flu and needed to isolate. Overall a wonderful find. Hope to stay there again next time we visit our grandchildren for an extended period.
