Monthly Rentals in Orem

Felt right at home during our stay. It was peaceful and accessible to local restaurants, etc. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Would definitely stay again!

Daxton was communicative and patient with a special request. Parking was right in front of the condo, the kitchen was well appointed and the location was great.

Lovely place! A lot of things within walking distance but it was just as easy to hang out there all day. The water heater is pretty slow in the winter, but the furnace by contrast is pretty fast, so if/when you need to crack the window open for air you won't freeze in the process. A curtain over the bathroom doorway would have been great, but as long as you're comfortable with whom you're staying it shouldn't be a big deal. And that overhead shower was fantastic. Also there was a little desk in front of the couch that's not in the photos, that was nice to have.

Great people and a wonderful place to stay! We liked how everything went so smoothly with checking in to settling down and checking out. Simple and very clean! Wonderful people too!
