Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Orangevale

I found my stay at Ashley’s to be quite comfortable and I felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and made for lovely evening walks to look at Christmas lights or to go have dinner. Her home was very well laid out and felt so spacious. It was also cute and cozy and smelled pretty! I ultimately chose Ashley’s home over others because I got the sense my dog would be truly welcome - and she was! Bowls and beds and blankets for the couch helped my girl settle in right away. Thanks for a great visit, Ashley! I’ll be back!

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

Sheila’s house was so cozy and cute. We came into town to visit with family for the holidays and it really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfy, the house was well stocked and the decorations were lovely. The yard was also large and even though it was raining so we didn’t use the pool it looked perfect for summer. The bathroom was like a spa. Sheila was incredibly responsive and welcoming and we had a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and neighborhood! Robert had it decorated for the holidays which was wonderful! In places it was a bit tight as there was quite a bit of furniture. There are lots of things in the kitchen, almost too much for me. It could use a good go-through in terms of spices, etc. A few more available drawers would be great.

Hi David, it was a pleasure staying with you. As you’ve already told me you need new cleaning people I highly suggest you do that. There are a lot of things that should have been cleaner. In case you weren’t aware, I will list a couple. The mirrors were not clean before under the couch had food and hair. The surface were not clean. I guess it just basically needs a thorough cleaning not just walk-through cleaning where it’ll do. We did enjoy our time and we tried to keep as neat and clean as it was when we got there. We had some issues getting the front door to lock and unlock. It was sticking and I’m sure you’re aware. One of the sliders is broken in the back door again I’m only trying to offer you constructive criticism for the future. We had a wonderful time and the view was spectacular, we never felt neglected by you when asking a question for me that is key. I also understand not living in the state makes it difficult to find good people.

Super nice, clean, easy to access. Some eh stuff: Kitchen amenities were a bit slim and made for difficult cooking. There were no extra towels or linens and what was there was brand new and had not yet been washed - not terrible but could have been slightly better. Also would have liked to have a couple extra pillows/blankets available. Great stuff: the parking lot was awesome to have and be able to avoid street parking, great restaurants close by, quiet, really clean. Totally recommend and would stay here again!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I highly recommend staying here, it is located in a convenient area of the city and the home was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and super nice host, parking was located in a great area as well!

Bonnie's place was easily the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at - the hacienda was really cozy for our group of 10 and each room was decorated with such thoughtful pieces. We enjoyed the trail on the property itself as well as the proximity to Coloma and Placerville. And of course, Bonnie was an excellent host! She greeted us in person and was always a message away. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone with a large group

Our stay was super peaceful and quiet! The pool was great and Jason even worked around us to clean the pool so that it was nice for our stay.

We have all stayed at numerous Airbnb's across the nation and some overseas, and none of us have been as pleased and had our expectations exceeded like we did here! What an absolute pleasure to spend a couple of days here. Thank you for all that you do to make your guests feel like they are welcome and pampered!

Wonderful home. It was comfortable and spacious. Great place for a girls get-away. Jessica was responsive to messages and promptly took care of a minor issue (simply missing dishwasher pods). We liked it so much we have already booked our next get-away with Jessica for later in the year.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.
