We really liked the home, the host was also very accommodating and responsive. One thing that can be improved is some areas needed better housekeeping attention. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully clean and spacious home for my family. Bonus that pets are allowed, and the fully-fenced yard and doggy door were great for our pup! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with kids playing and biking nearby. There's also a playground and hiking trails nearby. It's a quick dash to downtown Sacramento, but away from the traffic and hustle. Beds were comfy, and the giant TV was great for watching movies. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Andrea and Todd's! They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible in allowing for an early check-in and late check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was exactly as described and pictured. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the space was very clean. Check in and out was as easy as it gets. If you're in town for business it's about a 15 minute Uber from SMF and close to a lot of downtown businesses and government agencies that are within walking distance. It's a great alternative to much more expensive hotel stays that are further away. Highly recommended!

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Great place for a night in the city for Kings game! Everything is close!

We loved our stay at Suzy's place. Suzy got right back to us when we had questions. The house is adorable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and there were several hang out spaces. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. There were many features like the tiffany lamp in the entry hall, the cozy leather couch and the antique vanity in the main bathroom that made this place feel like home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Denver was super responsive and communicated very well. The location was perfect for our planned activities with a quick walk to Golden1 for the basketball game. The place was clean and well appointed. Would definitely book again.
